Our tradition improves!

This was our fifth year spending Labor Day weekend in a Beach Manor condo at Tops’l, and this was the best! Not just for location, but Breathe Easy rentals made it even lovelier. The unit was pristine, and we will be booking another one with their management next year!

Honeymoon Happiness

We spent the second half of our honeymoon here and it was perfect! Beautiful home accompanied with a fantastic view! We loved the interactive app. It was very helpful and thoughtful. Excellent communication too. Everything, top to botton, start to finish was perfect. We ould highly recommend and we hope to stay here again.

Beach vacation

This was one of the best on the beach VRBOs we've stayed at over the last 10 years- location was easy to get to nearby attractions and lots of good restaurants and shops. The condo was clean, had the necessities and lots of room and storage in the bathrooms and bedrooms. Family of four with two teenage boys and we didn't feel cramped at all. We loved the storage locker for the beach items, easy access to the beach and convenient to not carry everything up to the condo and down to the beach every time! We left a new umbrella, a couple more beach chairs and some beach stuff for others to use and enjoy in the locker. The staff checked in via text often enough to know they were available if needed and the entire process from booking, checking in with the gate guard to "checking out" was easy with no issues at all- even with a late arrival after 6pm. It was the perfect beach vacation we all needed! Thanks for sharing your property with us!

Review

Great property. Amazing view, was clean, comfortable, beach was great. Good communication with the owner. A couple minor issues cause me to rate it 4 stars overall, but I would happily stay at this property again even considering those issues. The issues were a leaking pipe under the sink that I was able to fix just by reconnecting and tightening a connection, and the hot tub was not hot one of the days. Great experience overall.

“Racquet” is a Racket

The pros are location, buggies and rolling racks provided for easy moving in and out, ease of check in, absence of keys, communication with the property manager by text, and the view. We booked through VRBO. The property is named Tops’l Beach & Racquet Resort. We chose this location because of past experiences with the tennis facilities. You can’t use the tennis courts unless you book through Vacasa property management. The property name is misleading. That was an enormous letdown. Now that we are home, my husband has informed me our unit had several large “water bugs”. The balcony was very small - like 3 people sitting up in chairs. The kitchen cookware is very tired - I realize that’s not the homeowner’s fault as they’re not the ones beating it up so badly. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to review this unit and our stay. We were there 7 nights.

Perfect location, perfect view

Wonderful views of the beach - almost like a picture. The location near the grill and the pool are ideal if you've got kids. Our only minor minor complaint was that it could get a bit warm in the unit toward the late afternoon even with the AC running. Not a big deal at all - we would stay here again!

GREAT location, AWESOME view of the ocean..everything you’d need is on the resort or very close by.. private beach access was nice, not too crowded. We enjoyed our stay and we plan to return at least once a year!
