Perfect location along the Emerald Coast! Views were terrific from the wrap around balcony. Every amenity was spot on. Will definitely consider visiting again. Lots to do, with countless dining options!

On our way to the property the app was giving two different addresses. I texted host and did not hear from thwm at all. Looked Very nice. It looked clean and very comfortable. Until we needed plates and discovered we had a mixture of clean and dirty plates and cups. Decided to go to go to Walmart and buy disposable plates cups forks and spoons. On the first morning we saw that.one of the covers on the bunk beds has a dark spot on it. On this same day I had a question about Umbrella service at the Beach again texted host and did not get a reply On the 2nd day while at the pool my 4 yr old grand son sliced his foot on a broken tile at the pool. Excellent property

We very much enjoyed our stay! The resort property is beautiful! We had an excellent view of the pool and beach. Activities are plentiful and in walking-distance. Restaurants and shopping are a short walk or drive away. The condo was clean and well-appointed. My only complaint would be the fridge. It was warm upon arrival (4pm) and did not reach the proper temperature until midnight. We had to put our cold stuff in the freezer to avoid spoiling, and that meant we couldn't use it for a while. I called to report the issue and was told I would receive a call with an ETA for the repairman. I never received a call and gave up waiting around after 2 hours. The dishwasher also was broken. My husband was able to make it run, but hopefully it will be repaired soon.

Cart summer vacay

The Westwinds and this condo were wonderful as expected. The condo was well supplied and comfortable with a beautiful panoramic view of the beach from 8 floors up. The checkin process was seamless and easy. Only complaint was the coffee pot, it needs to be replaced and a keuring option would have been nice. As for the Sandestin property it was amazing! We rented bikes at the marina for 3 days and toured the property which was my wife’s favorite. We even participated in the tennis and pickleball round robins on separate days at the Tennis Center. Overall this property was an excellent choice for our family summer vacation!!

Excellent location

We loved our stay in Miramar Beach. Staying at Westwinds was very convenient. We used the tram to travel to the Baytowne Wharf several nights. The room was gorgeous and very clean. We will definitely be back.

We loved this property. We have stayed at Westwinds before and had a great experience so we decided to come back this year. Our unit had a beautiful very large balcony overlooking the pool and beach/ocean. The unit was very clean and plenty of space for our whole family. My kids really loved the bunk beds.

Great views

This was an amazing location for our first vacation with our baby. Beautiful view of the water in all the rooms. Clean interiors and comfortable furniture. My only complaint was that the condo was pretty dusty. Both my husband and I are extremely allergic to dust, so that wasn’t too fun. Besides that, we would rent this property again.

Family getaway 2021

Great view and location. Was perfect size for our family of 7. The xtra beach chairs and beach toys was a plus!! Only suggestion would be to provide some baking sheets to be able to cook in the oven. Really enjoyed our stay!!

Perfect location, unresponsive management company

We booked this property for 8 moms for 3 nights/4 days. Pros: This condo faces a beautiful beach. The location is perfect. The beach is beautiful with clear water, clean, and wasn't overly populated when we visited. The pool suited our needs as well and was clean. The unit was adequately stocked (with the exception of a cookie sheet to be able to cook stuff in the oven and some items mentioned below that the cleaning crew missed restocking which happens sometimes, no biggie). If you're looking for a condo that faces a beautiful beach, I would recommend this spot. Cons: The management company, Vacation Haven, was unresponsive. Prior to our arrival, the company communicated with me via text including a message the day before check in stating the condo wouldn't be ready till 6:00 PM (check in was supposed to be 4:00 PM). I responded saying that was fine, we'd hang out at the pool until ready. The next day, upon arrival, I checked to see if it would still be 6:00 PM and also received a response (just referencing the fact that they were initially responsive). Once we were in the unit, I reached out to let them know that there were only 6 wrist bands in the room (note that we booked for 8) and that there were no trash bags or dishwasher pods in the room. No response. I sent another message, sharing pictures of a filthy white comforter as it clearly wasn't washed after the prior guests left (huge dark spots all over of what appeared to be something spilled all over it) and we couldn't use it. No response. I sent another message the next day, asking that they confirm that they received my messages as I didn't want to get charged for the missing bracelets (it indicates you will get charged for lost bracelets). No response. I then sent an email, thinking that might be better. No response. The listing indicates it sleeps 10 people. There are 2 king sized beds, 1 bunk bed with has 2 full sized mattresses, and a pull out couch. In order to sleep 10 people, you would need 2 people in each king bed (totally understandable), 2 people on the sofa sleeper (reasonable), but you would also need to have 2 people sleep on each bunk bed mattress (4 people total on the 1 bunk bed, note that it's not 2 sets of bunk beds). That's not realistic. There was no way that we were going to be able to sleep 4 adults on a bunk bed. If you have 4 kids on the trip, this might work (even kids might not want to squeeze in like that though).

Awesome rental for families

This was the perfect home for our family get together. The layout was ideal along with the beach access and multiple pools that provided countless hours of entertainment for our kids. The condo was in excellent condition and perfectly clean. Great central location between Destin and 30A. My family loved Baytown Warf as well. We hope to return again soon
