Great Property

This property was extremely clean with quality appointments. It was spacious for our family of five but could easily accommodate a larger group. It was so close to restaurants and stores - you could even chose to walk to some. Beach access and beach service were great. We were very happy to have booked this condo.

Quick getaway

Condo and location were awesome! Would stay again. Condo was well appointed and as described. Only issue we had wasn’t the condos fault. The cleaning crew showed up 45 minutes before checkout time and hovered and looked in windows.

Had a nice week in this unit with family. The place is nicely and smartly furnished. Excellent view of gulf and pool. Responsive and pleasant property management. The private beach is a plus. We definitely would stay here again.

Absolutely perfect location

The condo was very clean and decorated perfectly. Amazing location to the beach and close to lots of restaurants. The only thing I would add is it would be helpful to have a few more garbage bags, rolls of toilet paper and paper towels. Leads to a cleaner stay without having to run to the store on the second day. Would stay here again!

Beautiful condo with view of pool & gulf

Wonderful stay in this 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo with washer-dryer. Condo decor was impressive. Kitchen well stocked and included a Keurig. Balcony had comfortable seating. Close to Winn-Dixie and Silver Sands Outket Mall. Would definitely return to this condo!

Spacious propert, easy beach access, awesome balcony!

Overall, this property was really nice. The complex was small and felt very low key and quiet. The pool was amazing and NEVER crowded. At times, we were the only ones in the pool and at most maybe 10-15 other people. It was easy to bounce between the beach and the pool. The balcony was huge and patio furniture was comfortable! The view was awesome, too. The unit itself was surface-clean—bathrooms, showers, and kitchen were all clean. Did not notice any dirty dishes. However, the condo could really use a serious deep clean. The shutters in the bedrooms were really dusty, as were the lamps and most of the Knick knacks and decorations. Our socks and feet were dirty after walking around a short time, so the flooring and rugs could use some major attention. As mentioned in a previous review, there is a ton of breakable decorations so we were constantly reminding our kids to be careful. Despite the need for a deep clean, we would still recommend this unit and would absolutely stay at the Crescent again.

Great Pool

Overall the experience at the condo was a good one. There were a few hiccups along the way. It took four door codes to finally be able to get in and out of the condo unit. We ended up having to use a maintenance one as the ones provided via email and at the front desk or on the phone never worked properly. There’s the one glitch that I don’t care which is there are too many codes to remember for this unit. A code for the front door, a code for the beach access, and the gate. Another issue was a foul smell and stain on couch when we first entered. I had to call and a scent bomb was done to mask the smell. It somewhat worked. I would suggest new covers on the furniture or something. Not all elevators were working. For someone like me who has trouble walking and standing this was most difficult. I chose this unit because of the access to the elevator right outside the door. This elevator was down three of the five days that we stayed. Only other access was down along Corridor to the main elevator in the lobby. Very hard for a handicapped person. Suggestion would be to replace that interior elevator and or provide benches for elderly people to be able to sit and catch their breath. To leave a positive note I felt that the unit itself was beautifully decorated with the exception of the couch covers. I really enjoyed the balcony and the access to the pool. Beach was right there and very lovely.

Great Vacation!

This is a great family rental overall. The location is right in the heart of Miramar Beach and you have everything you could possibly need within a 5 to 10 minute walk. There was amble parking even for my pickup and we were there during spring break. Our particular unit was right by the parking lot elevator which made unloading and reloading the truck very easy. The pool is super nice and the beach in front of the complex is beautiful. The rental had everything needed and a little extra. The main problems we had were cleanliness and the amount of trinkets. The floor was sandy and had foodcrumbs and the dishes were put away dirty so we spent the first hour cleaning instead of settling in. They had this crazy powerful vacuum that sucked the sand right up so no biggie and we made everything very clean. This place is decorated very nice but they have a massive amount of easily breakable stuff around. My kids are older so I wasn't too worried. We moved stuff around to make room on the coffee table and counter and dining table. If my kids were little, there easily could have been damage. Besides that, we got everything we needed out of this rental and this vacation and would definitely come back.

Beautiful view and location!

My family was very pleased with this condo. Plenty of nicely decorated space and the 3 bedrooms was a huge plus. Loved the outdoor seating arrangements with breath taking views. Just one suggestion, the master bedroom mattress wasn’t comfortable and likely needs replaced. Again, just a suggestion. The condo is beautiful!

Love the Crescent!

We stayed here for 5-6 years when our kids were little and decided to go back. It’s still as great as we remember. Love the location! View and pool. Loved having a restaurant next door- we ate twice at Surf Hut and enjoyed some mid day drinks on beach. Beautiful condo!

Great Condo!

This was our 3rd year in a row at this property, but first in this specific unit. The place was very clean and well put together. I would suggest a softer king bed in the master bedroom, mounting the TV on the wall in the master (hard to see laying in bed), and maybe installing another row of curtains in the living room to shut out more light for those “sleeping in” mornings. Regardless, we loved our stay and look forward to renting it again. Thanks!

Family vacation with friends

Condo unit was wonderful. Unit was clean and well stocked! Bathrooms seemed to be recently redone and were very nice. Porch furniture was comfy. Winn Dixie almost right across the street was very convenient. Surf Hit restaurant next door was great! At 10 pm pool closes and by 1001 pm staff was locking gates to pool! We were traveling with 5 other families- would have been nice to hang at pool little later on some nights.

Beautiful condo- Pleasant stay- not crowded.

The condo was very clean and decorated beautifully! Steps away from the beach and pool. The unit we stayed in was next to elevator and walkway to get to pool or beach. Perfect location. The pool was never crowded. Love the location in Miramar between San Destin and Destin. We would definitely stay here again!
