We were delighted with the property. The location was perfect for us. This was our first visit here. I would recommend more details for parking and the location of the lobby entrance, as it took us some time to find our way to the condo. We spoke with other first-time visitors who experienced the same struggle upon their arrival.We look forward to returning next year!

Not our first stay, repeat stay. Clean and the best location. Everything you or kiddos could want, seriously within 3 mins walk or catch the tram! Night time family, or late night adult hangouts right out back. You can trust this Host.

Corner units- patio was great. Little loud if something was going on at the awards but nothing out of hand. Only suggestion would be to have paper products available - we had no paper towels or TP. Location was great, pool was nice, grounds were nice. Lots to do. Owner was easy to get a hold of with any questions we had.

We would definitely go back!

It was difficult to find apartment. Huge place but so glad we stayed where we were. Baytowne wharf. Live entertainment, restaurants and all sorts of shops. All right there when we walk out of the bottom floor. Also elevator basically next to our unit. Loved it. Very kid friendly and we didn’t have any. There’s a great video I believe on YouTube for baytowne wharf. Ck it out. Very quiet pools. Most beautiful beaches I’ve ever been to in Florida! Thanks so much to our host Alan! Best, Roger & Kerry. (Oct 2024) best of all weather was perfect!!!!!

Great location. Property was as described. Unit number and property was not clearly communicated in listing and check-in instructions. Caused delays with security and finding unit. Bed needed new mattress. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay.

They were doing upgrades to the outside of the buildings and also had the leaf blowers going early in the morning during the week which made it a noisy two weeks.

Fun place!

This condo is located in Observation North which is right in the middle of the activity. It is super easy to get in and out of the building. We parked and never had to move the car. Everything worked as expected.

CONDO FOR TWO AND MAYBE SMALL CHILD!!

We loved the Condo.. nice and clean and spacious.. loved the bathroom with shower and tub.. a plus and have nothing at all to complain about!! It was wonderful!! The only problem we had was the card saying you stayed there was not there and so we could not take the trolley to the beach and back!! That was a pain !! I would rent again but only if the card is there!!!

Amazing

My husband and I stayed in this wonderful condo for a week and had the best time despite the weather not cooperating. It was very clean and is beautifully furnished and decorated. We didn’t do a lot of cooking but the kitchen seems well stocked with everything needed, even had a tea kettle for my morning tea 😊. The living room has big windows all around (a lot of natural light) and leads to a huge balcony overlooking the entrance to Baytown. We sat outside every morning enjoying our breakfast and getting the day off to a great start. The king size bed was comfortable. The bathroom is accessible from the bedroom and living room, and features a big bathtub along with a separate good sized shower. We spent a little more time at the condo then originally planned due to weather but we felt comfortable and at home. Baytown has a lot to offer and we had the best week. We rented a kayak, played tennis, rented bicycles to ride around the resort and to the beach. Lots of evening entertainment for the whole family and a ton of great food options in Baytown and outside. Publix grocery store is right outside the gate and a Walmart is 5 minutes up the road. There is plenty of parking at the parking garage for guests and the pool on the 3rd floor is amazing. The owner was responsive and helpful when we had questions.

Comfy and cozy

Aside from the listing saying it sleeps 4, which it does in a painful way, this rental was fantastic. Great location, nicely decorated, well-equipped with all the comforts of home. Was a great place to call homebase while visiting the area. The sleeping situation is comfortable for a family with small-to-teenage children, however I wouldn't be happy had we taken four adults expecting accommodations for all. Would we stay again though? Absolutely yes.

SENIORS IN BAYTOWNE WHARF

the area itself is so much fun... with bars, restaurants and shops right at your doorstep..... shopping is nearby which I made good use of..... March break can be a little wild but knew it was a safe place to be. Would love to come down again but the weather was unpredicable and the pool was not heated but lovely grounds and very clean. Instructions left in condo need to be updated which I'm sure will be done by the owner..... Thankyou

Wverything was just as described. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing that was a little aggravating, was that check-in was at 5 p.m. in our opinion, with check-out being at 10 a.m., check-in should be closer to 2 p.m., or have a 12 noon check-out with a 3 p.m. check-in. A smart TV in the bedroom would've been nice. To watch Netflx, or any other app, you have to be in the living room. Other than than, it was a nice, clean place to stay.
