We had an amazing time in Sandestin! The condo was very beautiful, clean, and had awesome views! The rental management was very helpful and had the best hospitality! We cannot wait to return!

Short family vacation snuck in before school

Love all the bright, cheery colors in the space and cool artwork. Corner unit gave a feeling of privacy and loved the balcony among the trees. Very easy short walk to Baytowne. Process to get to beach also easy and frequent shuttle options (every 20 min). This stay offered us a little bit of everything (beach, pool, shopping, food).

Sandestin Vacation 2022

My husband and I are retired and met our best friends here for a week in early September. Bright, cheery and comfortable condo in Sandestin. Beautiful view of the bay from the back patio where you can watch the sunsets or watch them from the living room window. Very quiet and peaceful. Short walk to Baytowne Wharf, shops, and restaurants. Phyllis is a great host and quickly responded to any messages we sent. We highly recommend this condo and we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Getaway

The condo was beautiful as pictured. It was very well-appointed. Plenty of towels, pillows, table wear, etc. The view of the bay from the living room and primary bedroom was just gorgeous! It was farther away from the pool than we imagined as we usually stay in The Grand. But, we were very pleased and happy with this condo. The property manager, Phyllis checked on us and made sure we got in alright. That was very considerate. Highly recommend.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME COMFORT

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival the location was most magnificent and the views were out of this world. Walking into the unit with the fresh colors, soft but wonderful scent, spotless, open, airy, and the balcony view was simply amazing. When traveling, we always travel with throws to lay on and cover up with. The linen smelled of fabric softener and were so clean that we only used our throws when we were lying around relaxing. We had no hesitancy in sleeping under the bedding. The pillows and extra pillows were amazing and did not look old and worn out as we experienced in another rental down here in April for Spring Break. We have been coming to Destin to vacation for the last 4 years and this company is on the MUST BOOK WITH list. We enjoyed walking to the Village and the pools as they were literally around the corner from the unit. Phyllis was so responsive from my initial interaction with her PRIOR to booking to my message to her as we checked out. All this to say, BOOK WITH THEM!!! You will NOT be disappointed.

Wish there had been a golf cart included. We wish the condo had been a little bit closer to the beach. The views from the condo were gorgeous. The condo itself was beautiful so we very much enjoyed our stay.

Perfect getaway.

The unit itself is very functional with all the comforts of home. The view from the balcony is beautiful with a great view of Baytowne Harbor. Bring a set of binoculars for wildlife watching as we have seen deer, all types of birds, fish feeding, and beautiful boats heading out for a day on the water. A great way to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. The village is just a short walk away with many shopping opportunities and restaurants with offerings for just about any taste. Parking is in the garage below with easy access and tram service runs on a periodic schedule with stops at the village and the beach. Highly recommended for a comfortable and exciting vacation retreat!
