Short family vacation snuck in before school

Love all the bright, cheery colors in the space and cool artwork. Corner unit gave a feeling of privacy and loved the balcony among the trees. Very easy short walk to Baytowne. Process to get to beach also easy and frequent shuttle options (every 20 min). This stay offered us a little bit of everything (beach, pool, shopping, food).

Beautiful Getaway

The condo was beautiful as pictured. It was very well-appointed. Plenty of towels, pillows, table wear, etc. The view of the bay from the living room and primary bedroom was just gorgeous! It was farther away from the pool than we imagined as we usually stay in The Grand. But, we were very pleased and happy with this condo. The property manager, Phyllis checked on us and made sure we got in alright. That was very considerate. Highly recommend.

Sandestin Vacation 2022

My husband and I are retired and met our best friends here for a week in early September. Bright, cheery and comfortable condo in Sandestin. Beautiful view of the bay from the back patio where you can watch the sunsets or watch them from the living room window. Very quiet and peaceful. Short walk to Baytowne Wharf, shops, and restaurants. Phyllis is a great host and quickly responded to any messages we sent. We highly recommend this condo and we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway.

The unit itself is very functional with all the comforts of home. The view from the balcony is beautiful with a great view of Baytowne Harbor. Bring a set of binoculars for wildlife watching as we have seen deer, all types of birds, fish feeding, and beautiful boats heading out for a day on the water. A great way to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. The village is just a short walk away with many shopping opportunities and restaurants with offerings for just about any taste. Parking is in the garage below with easy access and tram service runs on a periodic schedule with stops at the village and the beach. Highly recommended for a comfortable and exciting vacation retreat!

Property was awesome but management was disrespectful.

I stayed at the place for 3 days. Property was nice but location of the actual property was hard to find. Last day of our rental we were running not even 15 min behind to checkout trying to clean up a little before we leave. A lady knocked on the door and basically told us we should have been left and we have to leave because she has to change out furniture and bust her way into the unit while we were still in there getting our stuff.. She was very rude and disrespectful. It wasn’t the cleaning crew because we saw them when we were leaving. She had a bad spirt and I wouldn’t never rent from them again.

Was somewhat difficult finding our unit but phoned manager n she got us there.

Nice spacious n clean. Tub needed rail to assist getting up. Shower in master bath needed another shelf for shower supplies. Same in extra bathroom plus No place to hang towels. Kitchen was nice. When we arrived we had no idea where to get luggage cart where elevator was. A btouchure about amenities would be helpful Overall it was a nice place to getaway n relax

Amazing!

The property was excellent! My husband, myself and my youngest son and his family stayed and it was perfect! We stayed one floor up from the rest of our family. They stated in a larger property, but, it was a central location and we all easily moved back and forth. We could not have had a better family vacation!

Nice condo but not a family friendly location

Pros; beautiful condo, nice view, quiet, easy walk to Baytowne restaurants. Cons; horrible location for kid activities! Upon entering the resort off the main highway it takes 10 minutes of winding slow roads to get to your building. Parking garage is beyond annoying! If you have anything larger than a golf cart it is tight and hard to navigate. Tram to and from beach takes 20-30 minutes. Every activity our kids wanted to do consisted of a 30 min trip into town. I didn't come here to drive constantly, but we spent a lot of time in the car. If you want to golf all day, party all night, or sleep til noon this would be the ideal location. I do not recommend it for active families with young children. My sister stayed at Emerald Shores the same week. I will book there next trip.
