This elegant, bayside studio condo is complete with a kitchenette and features incredible views of Choctawhatchee Bay! With a king bed and queen sleeper sofa, this lovely studio comfortably sleeps 4 guests. You will love all the fabulous amenities like the resort-style lagoon pool and fitness center. *This property includes access to the Sandestin tram operated by Sand Dollar. The tram provides you with easy access to cafes, restaurants, golf clubs, the marina, the spa, the beach (in season), and numerous other locations! Check out the map included in the photos of this property! *

*Please note that parking in the garage at Bahia is $10 per stay, which covers one vehicle. It is offered on a first-come, first-served basis and is not guaranteed. Overflow parking is available on-site at the Inspiration lot nearby, which is a few minutes away on foot. We recommend one vehicle.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
