Although the views from our 14th floor were absolutely beautiful. Our host was very friendly!The condo itself needs extreme updating and cleaning. The building itself kept the place immaculate. We were not informed that the swimming pool was closed and we never were able to use it during our stay. Nor did we receive any type of credit for this inconvenience. If you have asthma, this is not the place for you. I came down with severe asthma attack while staying there. I wish I could give a better review. This was our first snow bird experience. Love the location

Everything about our stay was great.The condo was awesome. It was very comfortable, clean and well maintained. We couldn't have asked for better views.The property and location were very nice. We dined at the downstairs restaurant, Royal Palm Grille, on more than one occasion. The beautiful beach was literally just a short walk across the street, and it was so nice not having to worry about lugging chairs and umbrellas with us. The included beach service was great and the guys who were running it were very friendly and helpful.We didn't have to drive anywhere the whole time that we were there. Everything that we wanted or needed was easily within walking distance. There were plenty of amazing beachside restaurants for dining and drinks. Lastly, the host was wonderful. She was very friendly and helpful. Communication was great and she was always very quick to respond whether it be about tips regarding what to do or see in the area or questions of any kind. The host will be one of the reasons for future returns to this wonderful condo.We had a wonderful stay!

Views were fantastic. Very spacious. No wifi for 2 days. Could only watch cable in bedrooms. Only 1 working elevator made going to 14th floor a burden. Microwave was broken and not usable above stove, very small microwave on counter. Refrigerator was rusted on outside and parts covered with white tape. Lots of rusted pots, pans, and knives. Pots and pans were dirty in cabinets. Shower door swinging out instead of sliding on track. Nothing to get hot pans out of oven but one kitchen towel. Keurig drains all the water out with one use and blender not the best, just spins at times. Living room chair was very dirty that the white was black with dirt. I was a little disappointment for the amount of money I spent on the overall condition of the condo. I had to buy cook wear because items were too rusted and containers with lids to store food. I highly recommend some upgrading on kitchen cookware, knives, refrigerator, microwave, mattresses, keurig and blender. Could use pot holders and containers with lids. All beds were very uncomfortable. Pull out couch is more comfortable than the beds in bedrooms. There’s plenty of cups and plates. The host is very kind and responsive.

Early Birthday Trip

We enjoyed our stay. The kids especially. I loved the in house restaurant and beach access. I dont do lizards and did not see one on this trip. The views were fantastic.

Great place to stay

The condo was clean…a little dated, but who cares..you are at the beach with private beach access. Everything needed was there, including a Keurig that wasn’t listed..so, YAY🎉 The only thing I didn’t like is that it’s a pretty far walk to the beach, but I’m 72 & a little wobbly at times, those with no problem walking ( as my husband) would have no trouble at all…having beach stuff in the condo was also a plus 🏖️

Perfect Destin/Miramar Weekend

The condo was great. A little dated but great location and superb service. Julie was super communicative and a pleasure to work with. Condo is just across street to private beach with bar & food service. From the front desk staff to the beach service guys we were well taken care of. We will be returning and I highly recommend

Amazing location

Great location! Nice unit, no issues with property access. The view is amazing. The beach service was welcomed and appreciated. We talked to some people we met in the area and they told us how great the owners are. If you're looking for a nice spot to go to the beach, lay by the pool, or close to good shopping and dining options, this is a great space. We're considering renting it again later this year.

Most Amazing View in the Gulf

The view off of the belcony is worth everything. You can see for miles and miles. Don't miss the sunrise! The resort overall was fantastic. The sky walk made it super convenient to walk to the beach. I felt comfortable letting my preteens walk over by themselves since they didn't have to cross the street. The layout of the condo was perfect for people with different schedules. We wanted to sleep, the kids wanted to stay up all night. With bedrooms on opposite ends, we would just shut the door to our wing and we didn’t hear any noise from the kids. I loved this place and would definitely stay here again.

The view was great of the morning sunrise and the Gulf!

The kitchen was well equipped. Great shower, plenty of pillows and mattress was comfortable. We felt this unit was a good value for the money. Would stay here again.

Wish I had longer to stay

Very nice and great views wish I could have been there the whole week as originally planned. The only thing was the parking garage. Maybe we parked in the wrong one? I used the one that said restaurant. The other stated owners there was really nothing stating which one .
