Awesome 11th Floor Beach Views at Surfside!

  • Welcome to Surfside! Our spacious 2br/2 bath fully renovated Condo, has a spectacular view of the breathtaking emerald waters and the white sandy beach's of Destin.

    Our beautiful Condo features a fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops. The Master Bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, flat screen TV, wicker desk, large walk-in closet and a spectacular view of the Gulf of America. The very large master bathroom includes a washer/dryer with granite counter tops.

    The second bedroom is on the opposite end of the Master, enclosed with decorative French doors, two full/small queen beds, full bath w/tub and flat screen TV.

    The living area is open to the dining room and features a pullout couch, one comfy chair, a flat screen TV and ceiling to floor sliding glass doors with access to the spacious tiled patio and spectacular view of the Gulf of America.

Condo was perfect for our vacation. Close to lots of shops and restaurants. Included beach chairs are a great perk. Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved this gorgeous, well appointed condo! This was our first time to Miramar Beach and we couldn't have asked for a better location.

Wonder condo

Wendy and Tim are wonderful host. The condo is great, view is beautiful. You are close to shopping and lots of places to eat. Beach service is great. You can’t go wrong with this unit. We be back for sure.

The actual building could use some updating but our condo was awesome! The balcony was fabulous, it was spacious and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

This property was perfect! Beautifully well kept condo in the perfect location. Directly across from the beach with a bridge walkway from the resort. Owners were very friendly and super easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again.

Such a cute and cozy place. Perfect location as we had a graduation at Scripps Institute of Oceanography. We were able to walk to graduation as the parking there is limited. Communication was perfect and informative. Walked to dinner ! Would definitely stay there again. Suggest a few more dish towels as no dishwasher… but not a big deal.

Great Family Vacation!

We loved this condo! It was clean and comfortable! Great view from all rooms! Close to everything! Resort restaurant was delicious! Resort elevator a little crowded and slow, but we were there a prime week!

The condo was everything as described and pictured in VRBO. It was well furnished and equipped. The location is excellent and the resort has many amenities. The owners were very responsive the couple of times we wanted to contact them.

Fabulous !!!!

This is a fabulous condo. Very comfortable has everything you need to make your stay easy and fun. Great location. Pool and hot tubs and great beach service. There is also a nice restaurant, gym, massage therapist and hair salon. There are also gas grills outside for guest to loose. Our Host Wendy and Tim couldn’t be any nicer. We will be back

Beach Days

The condo was wonderful! It was very clean and decorated nicely. The spaciousness allowed my teenagers to have their space and the large balcony was used a lot. The owners were very responsive with any question that arose. I would highly recommend this condo! Looking forward to going back again sometime!!

Vacation

We enjoyed the location of the condo, it was close to attractions, shopping, go karts, ice cream shops and on the main strip. The onsite restaurant and bar was a great plus. I always like having my own beach chair setup with umbrella and that was a huge plus. The condo itself was clean, well decorated, and spacious. The owners were always available for assistance and questions that arose. I know condo owners pay hefty condo fees and being in a high demand area I feel the building needs upgrades. The adjacent buildings and pool are very nice.

Location balcony is huge

Amazing condo. Great layout, balcony is primo, walk over to beach nice and many spots to watch sunset on their private tower but 2 chair and umbrella setup included was icing on the cake. 2ensuite bedrooms was awesome. The little things like coffee filters n soap n paper products was nice not to have to buy or worry about. Bed was comfy. Ice maker on fridge is a must in a hot climate so much appreciated and parking wasn’t an issue but I could imagine a problem during high season. Agree elevators slow only during check in/check out Yes condo building is old but this condo unit is updated n great. Only minor issue was checkin 1. Wouldn’t you explain how to get your chairs on the beach at check in ??? 2. We arrived at 443 pm, you can’t check in until 5pm and literally she sent we away till the clock struck 5. Was annoying but rules are rules I suppose. All in all a great condo, great owners to work with and a huge balcony to enjoy. Would definitely recommend
