The gulf views were stupendous as advertised! The condo was clean and well appointed. Good furniture including beds. Great location, beach not crowded this time of year (November). The facility was much like a upscale hotel. The host was accessible and accommodating. We had no AC on arrival but quickly resolved by host contacting commercial repair when building maintenance did not respond timelyl.

Can’t beat the location. I was a bit bummed about some of the amenities not being offered in the non peak season. Like chairs and or towels for the beach. Overall, it was a great time and super close to the music festival.

The rental was amazing with the best views and upgraded fixtures and furniture. Perfect for a group of adults travelling together with 2 master suites and bathrooms for all! One minor issue and i received an immediate response and fix from Mark. Highly recommended!

This condo was magnificent and is overlooking the ocean from the 10th floor which allowed for a wonderful experience. This condo is newly remodeled and was very clean, we would definitely stay here again.

A very spacious clean condo.. We had our two daughters, theirs spouses, and their kids.. A total of eight of us.. It was such a beautiful condo and the host Mark communicated very well.. Our grandson did fall and hit his head on the coffee table and broke the glass.. Mark was very kind and Praise God he didn’t get hurt.. The elevators are slow and they could keep the pool area cleaner.. But the beach & condo was spectacular.. The location is great and the view from the balcony’s were breath taking.. We did see dolphins swimming while taking in all the beauty.. we will definitely be back!! Oh also we stayed the first week in August and it wasn’t to crowded.. So IMO that’s a good time to go!!

July 4th getaway

Overall a great trip. The view from the condo was the best! We had some issues with the AC working upon arrival and the host made sure we were taken care of, even reaching out to an after hours service to get it fixed. Only issues were with the condo itself. Not the host. One of the hot tubs never worked the entire time we were there. Elevator was broke down. Parking was a nightmare. However the condo was beautiful & the host was great! Very easy access to the beach.

Wonderful last minute beach getaway

The views from this condo are absolutely perfect. Every bedroom has balcony access and the family room has wall to wall sliding doors with stunning views of the gulf. This alone made it worthwhile. The condo was very spacious, we had 6 and felt like another family could have joined us. We had 4 kids under the age of 9 with us. Is recommend bringing a couple removable sliding door locks for the little ones, especially when they’re sleeping by themselves. The condo was clean and is in very nice condition for a beach vacation rental. The property owner/manager was very pleasant to work with, responded quickly, and checked in with us when we arriving to ensure we could access everything well. The building was fairly busy with other beachgoers but it never felt crowded. The access to the beach is perfect, with a short 1 minute walk from the lobby to across the street to the Surfside Resort’s private beach gate access. This made the stay even more enjoyable and the beach access has its own showering area to rinse everyone off when exiting the beach. This is a lively area, with a convenient beach bar at the same beach access area and the Surfside Resort having its own restaurant. This didn’t make the stay unpleasant at all, and we enjoyed being close to restaurants, etc. Parking does fill up, but we were thankfully always able to find parking immediately at the front parking lot or in the parking garage that is on the same property. We loved our vacation here and highly recommend!

Wonderful week at the Beach

We stayed at this condo for six nights in June 2025. The checkin was pretty simple. The owners provided us with clear instructions on how everything worked in the condo, and tips on where to eat and things to do. The condo itself was perfect for us as a family of 10, with three small kids. Everything worked as it should, from the A/C to the Internet, washer/dryer, and all appliances. The view from this condo is just simply outstanding. You couldn't ask for anything better. All the TVs are smart TV's but also have Cox Cable. You can log into your own apps and it's just like being home. There is an icemaker in the fridge, so that is also a plus. The parking deck is on the rear of the condo, so you pull in on the left side, go to the end of the lot to find the entrance. We found it easier to get to the beach, by just walking out the front lobby of the condo, and crossing the street. Please note there are about five short groups of steps going down to the beach, so if you are carrying heavy items, or have a beach cart, it can be difficult. I will say the beach chair guys were fabulous. They came and helped us carry stuff from the stairs several times. They are out there about 7am, so if you want to go early and pick out your chairs before the rush, that is fine. You can come back later when you're ready for beach time. Thge pool was also nice, it's on the 1st floor. It was never crowded.We had a wonderful stay here, and highly recommend this condo.

The unit was very nice inside but the exterior pool wasn’t as nice as other places we’ve stayed. We were a little disappointed with pool area. Our little one didn’t stay at beach as long as we hoped before wanting to return to pool.

Beach Buddies at the Beach

This condo was perfect for us (5 friends) as we gathered for our annual beach trip. The sand and surf at Miramar Beach is beautiful and this condo has excellent views from all rooms and the balconies. It is spacious and comfortable and was clean when we arrived. You do have to be prepared to either buy or bring items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, and dish washer detergent, as the condo is only minimally stocked to get you started. However, the property manager informed us of this ahead of time, so this was not a surprise. We also brought our own spices for cooking and were happy that we did because none were in the condo. The property manager was wonderful as we were provided all the information we needed. He was very responsive by text if we had any needs or questions. In addition to the physical aspects of the condo, the location is excellent. It is near restaurants, grocery store, and shopping. A nice bonus that we enjoyed is the bonfire on the beach twice a week where you can also make s'mores.

Spacious condo with fantastic views

Upon entering, we were immediately struck by the gorgeous views of the Gulf. Our son excitedly called "dibs" on the bedroom that sits at the very front of Surfside building, with its own balcony and a view that is essentially nothing but ocean - stunning!The condo is spacious, with good-sized bedrooms and a large kitchen and living area. Two of the three showers are walk-ins with built-in shelf areas (a design I like a lot). The long balcony that ran along the other two bedrooms and kitchen/living room has good furnishings (both low tables & chairs and high tables & chairs).We didn't use all of the appliances, but the ones we did use -- fridge, oven, washer/dryer -- worked well. Although we only used them a couple times, we appreciated the "smart TVs" that enabled us to easily log in to our streaming accounts.Communication with the owners/property managers was excellent both before and during our stay. We were given all the info we needed and notified promptly when the space was available a couple hours early, and on the couple occasions when we had questions, we received answers quickly. We've stayed in multiple Surfside properties, and this was one of our best experiences. We'd happily stay here again.

Successful Girls Trip

Had a wonderful time staying at this condo. It was perfect for a girls trip group since it is so close to the beach it allowed people to come and go as they wished without much effort. The Royal Palm Grill on site was great for afternoon daiquiris! The condo itself was beautiful and fit our group of 8 wonderfully.

The best condo in Florida

The is is our second stay here, and we will never stay anywhere else. The views are incredible and the layout is perfect. Everything is upgraded and clean, the beach amenities are also such a bonus to have. Cindy is fantastic to work with!

Enjoyed the location

The location was awesome. Enjoyed the beach, Surf Hut was a great restaurant to stroll the kids too and there were plenty of shops as wells. The views from the balcony are absolutely beautiful!
