Loved the Memory Maker

Our family had a great time staying here for Father's day weekend. It was close to everything we needed and we walked to the beach most of the time. We had everything we needed at the condo.

Clean Quiet Golf Villa

The villa was very clean, cool and comfortable. You could smell and see “clean” as soon as you walked in the door for the first time. A great first impression! Located in a quiet area off of the golf course. Enjoyed watching the golfers from our balcony. Beds were clean and comfortable. We felt very at home. Short walk over the boardwalk to the beach. We did find a small parking lot by the road that can be accessed if you prefer to drive and park a little closer. This is helpful for those that may find the walk physically difficult. Only minor suggestion would be for clearer instruction to be provided regarding which pools on the Seascape property can be accessed. (Perhaps a map on the fridge with pools highlighted/circled) We had to walk around to the different pools and ask and no one seemed really sure. A security guard in Ariel Dunes 2 was able to point us to a map that showed where all the various pools were located. Only one pool ended up actually being close to our villa. But the kids loved it and it was perfect for them. This was our only MINOR complaint. Otherwise, we had an absolutely wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this villa to others! Can’t wait to come back to Miramar!

We enjoyed our stay at Memory Maker. We liked the unit from the pictures and it was available when we needed it. Nicely decorated and appointed. Having a washer & dryer in the unit was a huge plus. There were a few things that if fixed/improved would definitely make your next guests stay much more enjoyable. Here are those items: The front door was difficult to open and it had a loud annoying squeak once we were able to force it open, also had to slam it to shut it. After entering the kitchen we noticed the right rear burner was hot on the range. The knob was turned off. but it was on. We notified the rental management company and they instructed us to turn off the breaker. Solved the burner problem but took away our use of the stove for the duration of our stay. Upon settling in at night we put on the tv and sat on the love seat only to find we sunk way down and had a difficult time getting out. We looked under the cushion and found the webbing support to be completely broken through. After using the shower in the master bedroom there was water all over the floor because the shower curtain was short and did not protect the floor from the water. Upon using the faucets in the sink, we found they were installed backwards and would only turn on by turning them clockwise, opposite of normal. Lastly, the bathroom mirror is hung low so you can’t see your entire face, (of course depending on your height, but I’m 5’9” not a real tall guy but I had to duck down to see.

Fall Break

Great property, management easy to work with… told them we were coming to celebrate our oldest 20th birthday and we were welcomed with balloons, cupcakes, and gifts! All issues we had were taken care of promptly!
