This was perfect for what we were looking for. The condo is as advertised, great location to the breach and walk able to a few restaurants/shopping. We loved having beach chairs ready for us in the morning. We did not cook much but if you are wanting to cook, the pans are pretty rough. Loved it and would book again!

The location is perfection, easy access to everything you need. The view is incredible. We will definitely come back to this location. Easy access to the beach, dining, shopping and all of the fun. Our particular unit could use some updates, especially with cookware. We always enjoy getting up, catching the sunrise and making breakfast. There are a few minor dings with fridge, no fan while cooking, and seating in living area could be more comfortable. But The convenience and view was just Amazing.

Great week

My wife and I had a wonderful week. We had one minor problem, we received communication from the office promptly and the issue was resolved quickly by a personal visit from one of the office employees. The property is a little older, but that is a plus if you like smaller buildings with less noise and distractions. The newer buildings are the huge towers with large crowds and you can get lost in the shuffle with no personal touch. We appreciate the constant communication we received. The only negative is that the beach access has several steps that made it difficult to take my beach cart down to the beach when I wanted to fish. Otherwise, we had a great week.

It is a million dollar view and a great area! BUT the accommodations are in a great need of updating…which makes everything feel grimy…the furniture needs to be replaced…bedding needs to fit the bed…and just get a new mattress instead of putting a cheap bed foam on it….i don’t like posting bad reviews but the truth is the truth.

It was what we expected for the price. The bedroom carpet needs replacing but that didn’t affect our stay. It was nice to be right on the beach and walking distance to the grocery store.

Great place

Definitely enjoyed our stay at these condos. Very nice and quiet. Only struggle we had was the gate on and off the beach. It didn’t always want to turn and open and it wasn’t ideal to have to put the code in to go back through the gate to go up to the rooms. The bathroom is definitely on the smaller side and suggest that putting in curved shower curtains and a detachable shower head as to rinse off and such. Overall, we would stay at the property again but try a different room.

Great location and everything was great. But I was disappointed with the room. The carpet was gross in the bedroom. The tv was setting so low you could not see over your feet in the bed. the place had a smell when you walk in. I would stay again but not this condo.

Beautiful location

This condo is in a perfect location with an incredible balcony/view. The chair service is such a nice perk. King bed is very comfortable. The furniture needs replaced and the kitchen is minimally furnished. Needs an overall deep cleaning.
