The condo was exactly as pictured, my family had a wonderful time. Everything you need as far as cookware is in the condo and beach chairs/umbrella for you to take to the beach thats only steps away. And if you're not a beach person, the property has 4 pools! Located close to the Stopping outlet, grocery stores, and restaurant's. We will definitely return.

Our family has stayed at Seascapes every summer for the last 15 years and we absolutely loved condo! The people were easy to work with, the condo was clean, and it was stocked with more than expected! Providing beach towels and beach chairs was an unexpected surprise! We will definitely book with this group again!

Girls Trip

The property and the Condo were fantastic. This was our annual girls trip for 2025. We loved the location, within walking distance to so many places. The property and condo was exceptionally clean. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. The extra large deck was wonderful, and the views were Amazing. We will definitely be back to this property again. Thank you so much, Michelle for taking the time to talk with me when I called. The office staff is also amazing and very friendly.

Awesome Find!

We thought the Condo was beautiful, very clean and comfortable for our extended stay. The Balcony and views of the ocean, sunrises and sunsets are amazing! It was so quiet and peaceful and the elevator was always punctual and virtually right across from our unit! We will definitely return again!

Great condo

We stayed here with our kids for a moon crush music festival and this condo was perfect! Everything was very clean and well stocked. Communication with the property manager was excellent. My only complaint about the building was the elevators. There were only 2 out of 4 working elevators for the whole building and for most of the day on Friday there was only one working elevator. Hoping all elevators are operating in the future because there’s lines out the door of the building after the concerts.

This was our first time at Ariel Dunes and we absolutely loved the experience! Our condo was perfect for our family. The ease of walking to the beach was so helpful! We definitely will be returning to this spot!

We enjoyed the big pool area & the bar in the hotel had great prices and delicious food! The only suggestion would be allowing music at the pool. Everything else was great!

There was a brief hiccup when we arrived as we were initially assigned to one condo and then assigned to another, but both were facing the beach and the property manager was immediately responsive and got us into the new place. We loved everything about it. Even though it was in a very large building, it felt very solid and noise was not an issue.

3rd year staying here in a row, amazing stay each time!

This is the 3rd year me and my family have stayed at this property and I have absolutely zero complaints. It is clean, the decorations are beautiful (I would describe it as having a beach-classy vibe), and the location is perfect. We rent a golf cart that is offered through Seascape & we pick it up at the cabana. This makes it easy for us to travel with our stuff to the beach however, walking to the beach is very short (less then 10 minutes). We rent umbrellas and chairs and the condo even offers 2 chairs on the patio. 5/5 overall. Thanks to Kimberly!

Spring Break

This was our first experience with Vrbo and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience and stay. The condo was exactly like the listing stated. It was in a perfect location to the beach and pool. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again!

Great stay

The unit is well furnished. The owner supplied more than the usual things normally found in a rental condo. (Even beach towels). The balcony was lovely and gave more than adequate seating. We found the unit very well cleaned. There was no need to do touchups to feel more comfortable. The rental agency was excellent. We had two occasions to call them and they responded quickly and efficiently. In making the reservation they were fun and made us feel like they knew the property.

Great condo close to everything!

My husband and I stayed here for our spring break trip, and I don't think we could have picked a better place. The price was great, the condo was super clean and was stocked with everything we needed, and the location was near the beach, bike path, restaurants, and shopping. There is a huge balcony with a direct view of the gulf. The property is also very nice- we loved the pond/lake with the boardwalk you could walk on to the beach. We had no problems at all and will definitely stay here again next time we are in Destin!
