    The Space:

    When you open the door to this totally stunningly-appointed 2nd floor unit prepare to be amazed and delighted: plank tile flooring, furnishings of crisp clean white and soft shades of taupe and just the right color accents make this unit truly outstanding. Relax on the sectional sofa or the chaise and enjoy the 50' wall-mounted TV or a movie on the DVD player. From the balcony, accessible from both the living room and master bedroom, you have views not only of the shimmering Gulf of Mexico, beckoning you to sink your feet into the sugar-white sand, but also of the lush landscaping around the gorgeous pools and deck leading to the beach. The spacious kitchen is sparkling white, with stainless appliances, a 27' TV, and a countertop to take your breath away! Let the chef in the family create your culinary delights in this wonderful kitchen, and then dine at the large counter or at the more formal table. The adjoining laundry room offers a full washer and dryer for your convenience. Relax in the king bed in the master bedroom and choose between watching the wall-mounted 50' TV or the emerald waters of the Gulf. The ensuite master bath has a Jacuzzi tub and separate, tiled shower. One of the two guest bedrooms has a queen bed, wall-mounted 32' TV, and bathroom with a shower. The other guest bedroom holds a surprise: a queen bed as well as a daybed with trundle bed, and, of course, a 32' TV. The adjoining bathroom has a tub/shower combo and vanity.

Great Vacation!

We had a great family vacation! Right on the beach and the kids enjoyed the pool as well. Would stay definitely stay again!

Peaceful oasis

We absolutely loved our stay at The Crescent. The layout was perfect, ideal location, and pool and beach were so peaceful! I think we have found our new favorite place in Destin!

Unit was prefect for 3 moms and 4 daughters. Location was convenient to grocery’s stores, shopping and food options. Will definitely try to book again next year.

Beautiful view and great location!

Our family really enjoyed staying at 215! Beautiful view of the pool and ocean in the background. It had everything we needed and more. We will definitely be back!

Wow!

Loved this quiet condo! Nicer than the pictures. Larger than I expected. Stores and shops were close by. Both Destin harbor and Panama City beach were easy drives.

Condo needs attention

We love the Cresent. The condo we stayed in needs some attention. The cracks in the walls, the unit didn’t have things we needed(no extra blankets or sheets) we had to buy blankets. The floors have not been cleaned in awhile. Very dirty. The whole unit just needs attention.

Attractive and Clean

The grounds and facilities of the Crescent are always clean and maintained well, this is at least our 3rd time to stay there. The staff are friendly and professional. The pool is gorgeous and the grounds well kept. The 3 bedroom unit, 215, was clean and comfortable. We were disappointed that there were no lamps in the living area and that the main dinning table only had 4 chairs. We did appreciate that beach chairs and umbrellas were available (first come, first serve) on the beach.

Wonderful gulf-front condo with fabulous views!

The view was wonderful. The condo was a perfect for a family of 4. Great location and accommodations. Conveniently located on the beach overlooking the pool and I loved being next door to Surf Hut restaurant on the beach -- casual seafood dining and the complimentary beach chairs were a bonus! Rooms were nice and master suite was spacious. The building has recently been renovated which was nice. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking at home which was a plus. Parking was super easy. The staff at Vacasa and Seaside were very helpful. My only suggestion is to upgrade the bathroom towels and maybe fresh paint on the interior walls. I was pleasantly surprised by the condo, location and would stay here again! Thank you for a fabulous week at the beach!

We adore The Crescent, and the direct beach access is truly the best part of staying here—it's why we return repeatedly. However, our recent stay was severely marred by the property management company, Vacasa.Upon arrival, we immediately reported that the air conditioning was not working. Water wasComing up through the flooring. The local property manager was initially very rude and blamed us for entering the condo early before calling back to apologize. A technician confirmed a coil needed replacement, but the repair was never approved.Instead of fixing the unit, Vacasa eventually offered to move us to a different condo on Tuesday. This was after she told us Saturday there was nothing else available there. Due to our planned activities, we could not pack up until Wednesday night, and by then, the evenings were cool enough to manage with open doors. The issue was never fully resolved by management.We were reimbursed 400 for the inconvenience, but this did not excuse the lack of communication and poor service.Crucially, other significant maintenance issues we reported—including ripped sheets, a moldy shower, and no hot water in the kitchen—were never addressed during our entire stay.While we love The Crescent property itself, the handling of multiple maintenance issues by Vacasa was unacceptable. Future renters should be cautious when booking this unit if Vacasa remains the property manager.P.S. the pool is wonderful but be prepared it’s not heated and very cold!

Great location. Helpful employees and beach service was very good.

We love the location. Safe and friendly staff and employees. Room 215 was decorated so nicely and the couch was extremely comfortable for our family to watch movies and tv together at night. The floor plan of the condo gave our grown children their own bedroom and bathroom, so everyone had their own space with a tv in each room. One bedroom had a trundle bed that worked great for our grandson to sleep in . The view from our room was of the swimming pool and sand dunes and the walkway going to the beach. You could not see the waves hitting the shoreline but could see the ocean and it's beautiful blue water. This was a great condo and we recommend it for anyone! One important note. If you use vrbo to book this room it costs you $160 extra just to use their vrbo website. To avoid this call crescent direct. 1 800 go relax. Make sure you get the exact cost to avoid hidden or added on charges.
