The space was just as pictured in the listing. Everything in the condo was perfectly appointed, immaculately kept, clean and was convenient to the beach which was right across the street. The private beach access was convenient. The heated pool was wonderful and we could walk to several bars and restaurants. Parking was plentiful and the condo property was very well kept.

This was a great stay for our family. Daughter loved the short walk to the private beach. Check in was easy. Communication was great. We arrived late Saturday evening and couldn't figure out how to get in the gate and the host answered the phone to help. We hope to stay here again. Hopefully next July is free for use to stay. Wish we could have stayed longer

The unit was exactly as shown and described. Gorgeous view of the Gulf, easy access to the beach, comfortable furniture, beautifully decorated! We will definitely stay again!

Pretty amazing!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The unit is spotless and very well decorated. The condo is billed as pet friendly, but you would never know any pets ever stayed there. The views from the living room and master bedroom are breathtaking. Miramar Beach is beautiful, with Caribbean-clear turquois water calmly lapping up onto white powdery sand. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Maravilla 2308

We absolutely loved our stay at Maravilla 2308! The view is amazing and the location is perfect! Very close to countless restaurants and immediate access to the walking path. This condo has the perfect location within the Maravilla complex! Close to the main pool without being too close, and the beach access is directly across the street from the balcony. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean! We have found our new home away from home!

Beach vacation

Property was exactly as listed. Just a few steps to a beautiful private beach. The set up on beach each day was fantastic; grab a towel, bottle of water — head to the beach. Balcony was great too — private and nice view of beach and pool. I would definitely rent again.

The Views Are Everything

Lovely little condo. Great for 3-4 people. Looked just like pictures. The view from every room but the guest room is all ocean. We absolutely loved it.

Great view and location.

Location is within walking distance to restaurants, nice to have a pet friendly condo available. We enjoyed the balcony it sits back so it had a private feel. The ac was amazing especially after a day in the sun the entire unit was very comfortable Loved the seahorse statue!

Perfect getaway!

Our week was terrific! The condo was just as advertised, beautiful decor and wonderful gulf view! We love that strip of beach and can walk to Pompano Joe's and Badass Coffee. The beach and water were world-class! Looking forward to our next visit.

Beautiful oceanfront view

We had a great stay at his condo. The unit was clean and came with everything you need. The ocean view was amazing. We were worried the road would take away from the view, but it really didn’t. The beach is easily accessible and just a few steps from the condo. Lots of places to rinse off the sand and then jump into the refreshing pool. Very dog friendly atmosphere. We had no issues but as a heads up, the beach access is not handicap accessible. We saw a young man in a wheelchair whose family was having trouble getting him to the beach.

Needed a Reset and Got it!

My husband and I had the most comfortable stay at this property. We really enjoyed everything about our experience and seeing all the families with their beautiful four legged friends. We eagerly anticipated this vacation to bring both of our Westies but so sadly lost both of them to age before we had a chance to have one last vacation with them. The conveniences of this unit and property to the beach and the absolute majestic sunrise and sunsets gave our stay at 10+. The walking conveniences was superb to restaurants. The unit was super clean, comfortable and very accommodating. Thank you so much for keeping these as pet friendly units for we that want to include all the members of the family. --Lexington, KY
