It was obvious the condo had been cleaned & vacuumed, I just wished the floors would’ve been mopped. We walked on the floors for a few minutes and our feet were black from dirt. We also checked into a room with no running water because there was a leak in the master bath that tripped their leak detection system and it wasn’t fixed prior to us checking in. We had to call the after hour support number to get it turned back on, just for it to be cut off again hours later because the same leak tripped the system again which is really inconvenient when you’re mid-shower. If the leak detection system was tripped due to a leak, it should probably be fixed before somebody checks in.

Loved that it was very clean and had most everything we needed. Would have liked a blender and pitcher. Some minor repairs are needed but overall very roomy and comfortable.

Relaxing

The beach is gorgeous and clean. The unit is great. Perfect location, able to walk anywhere, wish the pool was open at 8 or 9, but the pools are wonderful, and we had a great experience overall. Everyone was very friendly. Hope to go back

Overall great experience.

Overall it was great. Pool needs towels and shade. Kitchen was missing some essentials. Dish scrubby, cutting board. Maintenance staff was very responsive. Beach was very close. Bike rentals delivered to our door. Great experience overall!

Attention required:

There was no gate key in the condo as the welcome note indicated. Dining table very wobbly. Two chips in bottom of large tub. Lamps in livng and bedrooms too dim for reading at night. At least two chips in ceramic floor.RECOMMENDATION: place adhesive felt pads under chairlegs to prevent damage to floor and eliminate noise for folks below.

This was our 3rd stay at Seascape. Check in was very easy. The unit was clean when we arrived. We only gave 3 stars for cleanliness due to walls needed washing, especially the en-suite bathroom. The furniture in living room and dining area is “tired”. Stains on dining chairs and living room chair cushions need steam cleaning. Kitchen was okay. Pots and pans were also “tired”. Dinnerware: Only a few plates and bowls. There was white adhesive tape on cabinet doors to cover up wear and tear. We did appreciate the brand new washer and dryer! Enjoyed the large balcony and view. We love Seascape resort. We did enjoy our stay. If we had to use just one word to describe the condo = adequate.

Constantly Issues Throughout - Too Costly for this much aggravation

When on vacation, there should be no worries. Upon immediate arrival the washer and dryer were broken and needed replacements (my guest were immediately asking me to get this fixed) - no replacement until the day of check-out - they had no way to wash clothes the entire stay. Then, a bad sensor in the kitchen leaves the tenants with no running water - this happened on two occasions. There was also an issue with the cable going off. Every day, I waited anxiously for them to tell me something else had gone wrong. It was extremely overwhelming. I've never heard of an experience like this (I don't feel this space is being well maintained or prepped for the arrival of renters).

The location in proximity to the beach was great. However, the cleaning service is subpar and considering the cost for renting these units which includes a “cleaning fee”, this shouldn’t be an issue. Lastly, multiple previous reviews discussed the problem with the dryer, and the problem still exists. Be prepared to wait days for your items to dry!

Family Getaway

We had a poor experience trying to get our dryer fixed. Looked back on reviews and for the last 2 months it was known that the dryer did not work. I tried using the dryer prior to this and it was basically falling apart also knobs were missing from the washing machine. We packed with the intentions of washing laundry and was beyond disappointed that this was not fixed nor were planning on fixing it. Also if you want privacy none of the doors lock on bedrooms or bathrooms as well as no curtain in front bedroom where kids slept and people could look directly in the window. We had to hang a sheet. The master bed mattress must have been extremely old as there was no support and there are very minimal dishes to use. No cutting board

it was alright

the place was in good condition, good area, easy self check in and check out, but the cleanliness was a good 5 out of 10, it was clean but there were things like the sink that were left dirty… the drain was clogged from build up… and metal appliances were not cleaned well… kitchen was stocked everything needed, which is great… couch had a dried up patch of food, floors had some dirt behind furniture, i understand cleaning can’t always be precise but those are stuff we saw… so i took it upon myself to clean it, which i had no issue with but would have liked it to have been better, other than that the only other complain was that the water turned off a couple times while we were there, but a press of a button turned it back on, everything else was alright and would stay again

Super nice vacation stay

We had a great week and would stay there again! Only a few negatives which are we had to ask for the Wi-Fi password as it was not left anywhere for us. It also would of been nice if there was more then just one roll of toilet paper in both of the bathrooms.

Perfect vacation

The unit is beautiful, clean and conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The pools are beautiful and even has shade trees for us old people. We only had two complaints. The pool code changed frequently. I would have loved directions to drive thru seascape to get to our unit.

Much needed getaway

Everything went good until the night of Wednesday when the water was cut off and it did not work again until Thursday afternoon around noon. It was hard trying to contact the owner and maintenance person but when they did respond, it problem was resolved within the hour.
