Our second stay in this gorgeous condo! Beach Manor is a beautiful property and we are sure we chose the most amazing condo! Everything was perfect! Celebrated my last 2 birthdays here! It’s my happy place! Absolutely will be back again next year!!

Slight disappointment

Cleanliness give 8 out of 10, however the unit is a bit dated. After the 1st day, the a/c unit would not go below 76 degrees, (which explains the addt'l fans stored in the closet), did not provide basic essentials, like dish/dish washer detergent, no addt'l paper towels or toilet paper, light bulbs missng in every room, including the balcony. There were two door bells, which were out of.order. Perhaps with careful consideration of this review, adjustments will be made and this will make for a more enjoyable stay.

Beach fun

Stayed for my son’s baseball tournament. Tops’L is our favorite place to stay. Close to attractions but yet isolated enough that not feel like amongst the crowds. Plus, better beach space . Relaxing. And love that the Nature Reserve is right next to it. Condo is decorated in a very airy, relaxing theme and looove the panoramic beach view in Master bedroom. I miss it already !!

Great Beach Vacation

Our Kids first trip to the beach was exceptional. The Condo is clean and has great views of the Ocean and pools. Quick elevator ride and you are at the beach. We found out space each day on the beach and enjoyed the sun and sand.

Great rental but….

The property itself was fantastic however the air conditioning did not work when we first arrived. It took two say to get the unit serviced. The air then worked for about 6 hours before it stopped working again. Didn’t bother calling maintenance again as the weather was not really hot outside where the air would have been needed.

Perfect!

Just what we needed was a stay right on the beautiful Emerald Coast to relax for a couple of days with family. Condo was perfect for our family 5. Clean and had just what we needed to hs comfortable. Nothing beats the sand and clear water of Destin beaches!

Beach getaway

The bed was incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was a tad small, but we didn’t use it for anything more than the fridge and toaster, there was plenty of room for the two of us, and the views (when we had them) were incredible!! The weather was not cooperative while we were there, but that forced us inside more than expected and all the accommodations were comfortable. I felt right at home at this property. Also, they were completing renovations on the entire building, but the workers did not interfere or make the stay unpleasant at all. After all, it was off season when we stayed so a little maintenance was expected.

Generally speaking, everything was great; could have used an extra trash bag & one more dishwasher tablet. (No one told us about the construction going on...very noisy) One clock would have been nice.
