We loved the views and even saw dolphins from the living room! The pools and mini golf were added fun for our daughter. The beach is super close!

The place was very comfortable and views amazing! We enjoyed our stay and have been there two different times. My only complaint was the landlord was very slow to respond or not at all when I had a question. But I would stay again it’s a great location!

Beach was stunning but balcony did not get the breezes. It was often too hot too use except for evening time. TV's were not set up right. Had to have housekeeping come and check. Too many spanish stations, then no sound at all on the tv in living area. Twin bedroom tv was not hooked up to cable stations. Liked the living area large space.

Destin vacay!

Great place. Check in is very easy. The room was clean and had a spectacular view of the ocean! Our A/C was out and after going back and forth someone was sent out to fix it on the same day. Property manager needs to communicate better. Will definitely come back!

Will stay again!!!

Me and my wife celebrated her birthday at this condo and it was fantastic. We did have our 14 month old daughter with us. Just a few minor things that I didn't like was that my daughter could open the door to the balcony for the amazing view. The balcony door would not stay locked besides that I would definitely stay here again. The guest bathtub did take a while to drain but like i said this was minor. The resort was very quiet when we went (February) which we loved. Parking was not an issue and we loved the carts they had for you to carry your luggage/groceries into your room. This is definitely a fabulous stay. Also all the tenants who stay on the property are very nice retired people. Meeting and talking to them definitely motivated me to keep maxing out my retirement so I can retire and stay at a community like this. This is definitely a 5 star hek i would give it 10 stars!!

Christmas Vacay

We stayed for 13 nights and the unit generally was very good. Cleanliness for me is paramount and I felt at ease here. The online pictures match what’s in the unit. The amenities provided in the kitchen, wash area etc were good. Grocery stores were in close proximity. My only drawback is the furniture. The living room pieces are worn, mismatched and uncomfortable after sitting for a while. The twin beds are a complete disaster. They squeak with every moment. The king size bed was bare minimum ok. I would have given my stay an all around 5, but for the furniture. All in all, it was a good stay.

Nice but could use improvements

We always stay at Beach Manor. The facility is our favorite. This unit is probably not going to be one that we stay at again. The couch in the living room desperately needs a deep cleaning. You can see dirt on the front side of it where your legs go. The bathroom in the main bedroom has an outlet that is detached from the wall. It's not usable unless you want to get a jolt of electricity. The beds were good. The views are amazing. You get the best of both worlds...the beach and water as well as the wild life. We saw a huge buck on our last day there. This next part I'm sure is not the fault.of the owner but for 3 days while we were there the floor we were on was getting pressure washed. They started at 7 every morning and didn't leave until 5. When staying during off season I get that you will have maintenance going on but I feel like that should be conveyed to us as the renters and we should have received a discount of some kind..or at least told about it so we could have been prepared. Instead of having a relaxing vacation where we could sleep in, our kids were woken up early every morning which means we were woken up early. The young men doing the pressure washing also had foul mouths.. words that I didn't care for my kids to be hearing. The property owners should know when and what kind of maintenance is going on so that can be conveyed to the renters. Slightly disappointed in our stay this year.

Amazing and beautiful view!

The condo was so clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the views from the living area and master bedroom. The condo was also beautifully decorated and loved all the furniture. We all enjoyed our long weekend here.

Back to school trip

Our stay was exactly what we wanted. Everything was clean, comfortable, and secure. Wonderful views of the ocean and the nature preserve. The condo had an ample amount of cookware. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure and temperature couldn’t have been better. Loved having a cart for luggage and a shopping cart for groceries. This made bringing our belongings in much easier.. great idea by the Condo. Overall, very pleased.We are already planning our next trip back.

Great condo for family trip

Our family had a great time at this resort. It’s a great family resort and has activities everyday for the kids to do! The beach is not overcrowded and pool has fun bar/restaurant. The condo itself was simple, quiet and had everything we needed. The beds, bedding, and couch needed updating. We definitely would stay again!

Great condo, beautiful views, horrible mattresses and pillows!

Absolutely great condo great location to the beach great experience, but the mattresses were very uncomfortable and pillows were horrible! TVs also did not work in the master and left message for the property management and they never responded over seven days. Not impressed with the Property Management company for sure!
