Relaxing and comfortable

The unit was great—comfortable seating and beds, terrific view, and quiet. It’s the top floor end unit, so there is not a lot of noise from neighbors at all. The AC worked great (it’s loud though). The communication was great as well. We didn’t have any issues but they checked in regularly. We’ve stayed in other units in Harbor Point in the past—this was one as good or better than the others. Would stay again!

Awesome Spring Break Vacation

Had a great stay. Very clean and well stocked with kitchen items. The 6-seater golf cart was a great addition and well worth the little extra. There is a ton of things to do in the community and nearby towns.

Serene getaway in Sandestin

Relaxing and peaceful. Property was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Property was well located- at the end with good views of the marina and water- beautiful sunrises. Close proximity to the beach and shopping areas. We loved it! Only improvement could be the rooms could have blackout liners as sunrise was quite early.

Family vacation in Sandestin! Amazing

The bay view was fantastic and watching Tuesday night Wharf fireworks from the balcony was a bonus. The Golf cart was definitely worth the extra $. Very easy access to the property, pools and beach. We loved it. RealJoy management company was very accessible and prompt throughout the entire process. From booking and all the way through out our stay. We will for sure be back to this little “Hideaway “

Good condo, definitely rent the golf cart!

Great little place with a gold cart available for rent. Thankfully, we went on a quiet week as we could here more noise the night before we left as more people were coming for Mother's Day weekend. The place was clean and had everything we needed, but could use an update on the appliances- clothes and dishwasher. They were extremely loud while in use, but worked to clean what we needed.

Great stay.

Place was clean and well kept. Management company was very responsive. Only issue is with golf cart. First, I wouldn’t list it in the title as it looks like it is included in the rental, not a separate charge. Secondly, the instructions online and in the binder in the rental are inaccurate. It says it is in a parking spot with the address number when it isn’t. However, overall great experience.

Quick getaway

Amazing accommodations

We arrived and were able to get through and find the place very easily. The Condo matched the pictures listed exactly but were more impressive in person. Everything we needed was available even some things that we thought we would need to bring. The views were awesome and we would highly recommend this as a great place to stay!!!

Lacking sanitation

The location, the overall condo, and the amenities were great. However, the cleanliness of the unit was horrible!!!! I work in Healthcare and I guess have high expectations for cleanliness especially on a unit that is pricey when renting. First off, the kitchen table as soon as we walked in had debris on it, the vents in the ceiling walking in were covered with dead bugs. The rug in the living room had debris on it under the table and someone's sunglass pieces on the floor like it was not vacuumed. Moving to the master suite, the bed linens appeared to have sand on them and we were forced to strip our bed and rewash the linen to verify cleanliness. The master bathroom had someone's blood above the light switch, the floors were filthy with pubic hairs and someone else's long black hair. The door handle and the front and back of the door had black grease or dirt smeared on it. The shower didn't drain water and there was also random hairs still present in there as well when we went to use it for the first time. The soap holder / shampoo area in the shower still had soap debris from the previous renter. The bathroom vent was also covered with smashed black bugs and had not been cleaned. The kitchen utensils and drinkware appeared to not have been washed prior so we purchased disposable items and used them instead. We were highly let down with the rental.

Outstanding

The property was great location, ease of activities around us. Very very crowded beach but we talked to a local about Topsail. Place was clean and very comfy. I wasn't expecting to have to supply trash bags and toliet paper so we did get caught in bind 😉. Maybe a tip on getting to beach guess golf carts can go on some sidewalks not others. Some roads but need to drive on shoulder. All in all nothing we couldn't figure out. Amazing place and we will be back. Appreciate the opportunity to get to go here.

Other than the view, the experience was awful.

We rented this unit based on the use of the golf cart and the use of 3 swimming pools. The golf cart was broken on our arrival. We also did not have use of the pools because we were not given a pool key. I made 7 phone calls to the host, Realjoy Vacation, and sent an email. I was told someone would get back to us. After 2 days, I was able to fix the golf cart. We finally received a pool key on our last full day, 20 hours before we checked out. For the majority of the stay, we had no access to 3 pools. I reached out to VRBO. They were able to speak with Realjoy. I was told a refund would be offered. I received a call from Realjoy the day we checked out. They offered us a very small refund. The refund covered the cost of the golf cart plus $140. Total refund, $300. This is a small percentage of what we paid. In conclusion, the unit is advertised with a golf cart, for an extra fee, and use of 3 pools. We paid the fee for the golf cart. For reasons outside of our control, we did not get what was advertised and sold to us. It also took 6 days to get some one on the phone from Realjoy that could try and help. The only reason that happened was because VRBO was able to make a three way call.

Relaxing Stay

My family and I had a great time. The condo was super clean and quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the sunrise. Another perk was the golf cart. It was great to get around the resort and over to the beach.
