Fabulous Location, Stunning Views

Accommodations were spacious with comfortable beds. Bunks in hallway were appreciated. Property is older but very well maintained. Across the street from beach but nothing blocming fabulous views.

Great stay!

This was a lovely property in a great location. We love the beach access, pool, and beach bar. The unit was modern, nicely furnished and very clean. We had a wonderful stay and will be coming back.

House Keeping

The property needs some tlc and refreshing. The carpet in the bedroom needs to be replaced. Looked like a bleach spot on the master bedroom sham. Spare bedroom had a huge wine spot on the white blanket. Dirty dishes left in dishwasher. Earring left on night stand, fake fingernails on the living room floor. Washing machine door is very loud when you open it. Master bathroom toilet barely flushes. The master bathroom outlet kept tripping with only the blow dryer plugged in. There was no toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, or a dish tablet in the condo when we arrived. Had to call property management as soon as we walked in the door. I would not return to this unit.

What a beautiful condo! Everything you need plus great view of gulf and the pool area! Beds were really comfy. Loved the Cabana Cafe that is located in Ariel Dunes next door. Entertainment each night and great pizza! Grandson saw Dolphins, turtles and jellyfish. So relaxing to see sunrise each morning on the balcony.

Great stay :)

We really enjoyed our vacation at this property. The view was awesome and the accommodations were very nice. Surfside Resort is an older property, which could use some TLC, but the accommodations included with the resort were excellent. The unit was just as pictured, and did I mention the view? Overall I was very happy with our trip and would definitely consider staying at this property/unit again.

The property was nice, someone below had dogs that barked all morning, and our last night multiple families were blaring music at the pool area and off their balcony, very annoying.

Beautiful condo and great location. Check in portal not working and had a few communication issues. Would be nice to receive emails and information prior to day of arrival in case of email and internet issues.

Great stay

Overall great stay. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Easy walk to beach. The only hiccups were that we did not receive the renters agreement before arriving and surfside did not have our reservation from RealJoy. This was fixed fairly quickly. Upon arrival a barn door was broken and the glass top of the coffee table was also broken and we found about 10 shards of glass throughout the week which was scary with kids. They came to fix the door about 24 hours later and within the day to get the glass table top. So, quick turnaround which was nice. The unit was beautiful and beds very comfy!

The condo was Great, the perfect location, looks just like the pictures, beautiful views of the gulf from the balcony! Had everything we needed, would highly recommend! Look forward to staying there again!

AMAZING!

My friends all raved at how clean our unit was compared to theirs! So the cleaning people are amazing! The unit was perfect sized, had everything we needed. The showers are sooo powerful - but hurts when you have a sunburn LOL the AC was perfect - and didn't need to be super low to cool off the unit. The guest room that faces the sun - was hotter but they had fans in the closet and we used em. Just keep those blinds closed! Plenty of pantry space and ease of cooking! Plenty of towels, for showers and wash cloths and hand towels - the washer and dryer were key! We hope to visit again next year! Thanks so much Lisa - we had a great time! The Dillon Family

Fantastic view; nice updates!

Our family stays at Surfside every summer and Lisa’s unit is one of our favorites! Updated kitchen; great sink and counter units in baths and a super comfy master bed. And the view off the balcony is awesome. Love that we can keep an eye on our older teen at the pool deck.

Amazing Vacation!!!

We fell in love with Destin a few years ago and found Lisa’s property when planning last year. Let me tell you, what a gem! Lisa was so helpful with all of the planning and preparation for our trip. The condo was clean and equipped with every amenity you could think of. The resort itself could use some updating as far as decor but it was a wonderful location and the beach bar and sky bridge to the beach was such a treat! We enjoyed the view from the balcony and enjoyed being close to many shops and stores. The first night they had bonfire on the beach and that was a hit with our group! The restaurant downstairs was also delicious and we dined there twice. The included beach service (two chairs and a umbrella) was nice but I suggest making a reservation with the attendants if you want to be on the shore line. The beach also fills up quick so I suggest heading out as early as 7 or 8 am to get a seat. Thanks Lisa! We will definitely be booking again!

Beautiful condo

Absolutely loved this condo. Beautiful view and the condo is beautiful. Everything we needed and plenty of space. The bathroom counter are awesome. The rooms was Decorated so nice! We loved that the resort wasn’t overly crowded and was laid back. The restaurant on site was so good and convenient. It Was hard to leave such a beautiful beach! I would definitely stay here again 😊☀️🌴🌊

Need to be more tidy

This condo is very nice and well decorated. On our 1st night we noticed that all the pillows had nasty stains on them and the extra cover had a stains and holes in it. I call Mrs. Lisa and she told us house keeping would bring us some the next day.well we went to Walmart and bought some, house keeping brought us some the next day as well. I think that house keeping needs to do a little extra cleaning. The owner of this condo Mrs.Lisa was so nice and the condo was well stocked and in a great location.
