Perfect location!

Great stay! Perfect location and very convenient for beach, pool, and parking. I had a couple of questions which were answered immediately by the owner, and we had everything we needed. Visiting family in the area, it just happened to be Spring Break, but this property and unit were so convenient and perfect for us that we booked another stay before we even left for home.

Great Condo

The Gulfview condo was great. Wonderful location and beach access. The pools and hot tub were nice and we enjoyed those. The condo was perfect for.our stay we had no issues. The host Jamie was also very nice to interact with. We had plenty of room and the kitchen was well stocked for us to cook meals and has grills on site which we used. We will stay here again in the future.

1st family vacation

Super convenient, perfect to house us until it was beach time. Many extras packed in the house of chairs and extras to use for stay. Could use some updating - couple of burners on stove don’t work, tv turns back on without someone turning it on, toilet seat shifts, oven only has one heating element so cooks uneven. Overall, it is right next to the beach - less than a couple min walk - pools are great! Community seems lovely and you’re close to all the shops stores you’d need. Definitely will be planning another trip!

Unit needs some updating especially in the appliances. The couch is not the one in photo and is pretty dirty other than that had cold a/c and everything was good. Had a wonderful time with the beach so close

great location

Great location! near beach and restaurants, complex is aging but is well kept. Nice Hot tub and pools, but pools were COLD. The condo is older but clean, as mentioned in other reviews, the couch, is rough, stove top has one working burner, balconey needs a cleansing. But overall, great value.

Filthy oven. Only one dish towel, and 1 dish rag. Great location. Dirty couch and stains. Nice pools and hot tub. We had to unplug the tv each time, or it came back in about a minute. Easy access to the room. Lots of room. Easy access to gulf.

Emerald Coast stay

Off beach condo building, older well-used furniture, same for the appliances, 3 of the electric stove burners didn't work. No elevator, but we only had to negotiate steps to second floor. The location was 5 stars, right across the road from the beach. We were mainly there to enjoy the sunshine and relatively mild weather while doing some walking and riding our bicycles. Great access to biking right out the parking lot. The queen bed was comfortable and the condo was very clean

Condo is in a great location just a walk across street to beach. It had everything we needed for a weeks stay. It made it a wonderful experience and very reasonably priced.

Great Escape

Very nice well kept condo with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation at the beach. With an attached private beach just steps away and 2 swimming pools within the complex this stay surely will satisfy any water lovers needs. Jamie provided everything anyone would need with comfy beds, towels, linens, the kitchen has all the gadgets if you would like to stay in and cook. We had a great time in a fantastic area, Thank you.

Great Stay, Very clean! Comfortable as well!

This property is located in the 2nd building(not ocean view)right across the street from the ocean(gated entrance). It was very well stocked with everything we needed to get started. Very clean as well! Beds were comfortable. The bunk beds in the hallway were much bigger than expected, more like XL twins. The couch does have a pullout bed, however it wasn't super comfortable so we used a blow up mattress. But it is available and sheets are provided for it as well. Laundry is available at the bottom of the stairs. And two pools as well as a hot tub for the kiddos. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps including the umbrella rentals for the beach. They were much sturdier and we rented those instead for our stay. We would definitely stay again! Thanks for a comfortable and wonderful week!

Great condo in a great location!

We love Gulfview and have been coming here for almost 10 years. Jamie’s condo was just as described. It was clean, had everything we needed. Jamie was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to all questions. This is the perfect vacation spot for a family or couple! Lots to do, great location, and great condo!

The apartment was clean had everything you needed great hot tub and pool and just across the street is the beach and it was close to shopping and restaurants they even had a grill outside I’ll stay there again
