Great beach condo

We have stayed at the Westwinds a few times and this was our favorite so far. Updated condo, beds were comfortable and the golf cart was great to have!Highly recommend!

Memorial Day getaway

Loved this property at Westwinds in Sandestin! Proximity to beach was perfect! Pool was amazing, even used gas grills one night! We would definitely stay here again.

Fall Break

This was our first time in the Westwinds building and we will definitely be back. The condo and the view were both amazing. That along with the pool, grounds and beach - made fall break that much more enjoyable.

We've been to the Westwinds and the 30a area for years. The location was great, the condo was clean overall. Great view of the ocean that I very much enjoyed. Golf cart was excellent and we enjoyed it.The bedding and furniture was not very comfortable. Really bad sleep for us, so if bedding is important you may not want to consider this one. Everything else was very good.

Wonderful vacation

We could not have chosen a more perfect rental than Westwinds! Our unit was beautiful and well stocked! The pool was gorgeous and proximity to the beach was perfect for catching a sunrise or sunset! And going after Labor Day meant less crowded beaches, pool and favorite restaurants! We will definitely choose this unit again!

The room was clean. They responded quickly and made some minor repairs to a light fixture. Staff on property. friendly. Accommodations were as described and very nice. View from the balcony gorgeous and relaxing. We will stay again.

Reviewer Comments: Great location, Clean and Great views. We had a great vacation!!! We had family stay right across the hall and it was newly renovated and and gorgeous. Ours was nicely decorated just older. Master bed was Hard! The 2nd room had bed all up against the closet so there was no where to it was really inconvenient to store anything or get too. A lot of furniture which made it feel really crowded. Loved having the golf cart it was loud but made the trip so fun.

It is a beautiful complex that is well kept, and in a great location. My family has stayed at several different units in Westwinds, but this unit was my favorite one yet! Great location on the 8th floor, and we loved the privacy of the balcony. This unit was very clean, and updated with anything that you would need. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were super comfy. We had an issue with the water sensor in the master bath, but it was quickly resolved over text! We will definitely be back for a visit!

The condo itself was great! The golf cart was excellent. My only issue was with the property management company. When we first arrive at our 4pm check in my daughter used the bathroom and flushed the toilet. The toilet started to spew water out from the bottom seal of the toilet and from the top. Water rushed in covering the entire bathroom floor and into the hallway/kitchen area. We didn’t have much supplies to wipe it up and the water alarm was triggered causing all water in the unit to shut off. When the technician finally arrived, he did not believe me when I told him how much water came out of the toilet because the water since drained down either into the wall or bottom of toilet somewhere. You could definitely still smell it. By the time it took the technician to come, the cleaning crew already left for the day. We ended up cleaning the mess ourselves.

No complaints at all!

This was our second stay at Westwinds and I was very happy with the experience and the condo we chose. It was spotless. The hospitality app gave us all the information we needed for check-in and check-out. The view was as good as it’s going to get if you’re not in the few front facing condos. The kitchen had the pans and dishes we needed for basic cooking and a nice keurig. I believe all 3 TVs were smart TVs and the WiFi worked perfectly. There were also a lot of beach chairs and toys for borrowing. A couple helpful tips for visitors: the guest room had two queen beds which my kids loved, but they barely fit so the door didn’t close easily. This was not a problem for us bc it was our kiddos but may not be ideal for privacy. Also, don’t forget your toiletries. The mini bottles of shampoo were not great, but good enough for my kids. It was a great trip!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Everything was really pretty good except for the living room and dining room furniture which were very uncomfortable. It seems like whoever ( owners or Property Managers) are furnishing these condos are going for the cheapest furniture they can find. And it is not just 4770. Having been a snowbird for over 8 years we have run into this problem on many other rentals as well. The bedroom beds were just fine so that was a good thing. Kudos to Beach Blue for bringing us a Swiffer Wet Jet Mop so we could clean the floors. Also, for bringing us a water filter for the refrigerator ice maker.
