Great unit that worked well for our two family 8 person group. Everything was clean and had everything we needed. It was really nice that our reservation included two sets of chairs and umbrella at the beach. That came in handy for beach days. Ran into a few small issues but Vangie was quick to respond and helped quickly resolve. Lots of room for a larger group with two living rooms and a spot for everyone.

Beautiful Condo

This Destin condo is beautifully decorated with a fabulous view. The location is very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. We had 7 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room for everyone. The host was so nice and accommodating.I would definitely recommend this condo.

I couldn’t recommend this beautiful place and host highly enough! It is just as, if not even more beautiful in person! The views are stunning and the condo had more than we could ever need. Vangie was so attentive to any questions we had and sending us plenty of recommendations. We look forward to a future stay!

Great location

The location was great! Down the elevator and out boardwalk to beach! Nice linens as well. 4 beach chairs included, with additional owners chairs available!

excellent property, and a very short walk to the ocean!

Everyone enjoyed their stay, the condo was spacious and fully stocked, it had two sets of washer and dryers, two living rooms, we had 6 adults and 3 children, and everyone had plenty of space. We would definitely rent this property again. We had an awesome time!

Beautiful Condo, Great Location

Host is extremely easy to work with and very communicative. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 kids. Private and clean beach! Beautiful views from 2 separate balconies. We really enjoyed the condo and would certainly stay with Vangie again!

Unit was great. Very clean when we arrived. Had a couple questions texted the host she got right back to me within 5 minutes, with the answers. I really like the Main Sail. I have stayed there several other times. I think the checkin and checkout systems were great. Very easy. The property was secure. There was an issue with the lock. The host texted me, before I had a chance to call her about the issues and made me aware of the problem. She already had a fix for the problem. In the future, if I have a need for a property of this size, I will for sure consider this location. Really liked working with this host. She was gracious and very helpful. I would like to thank her for helping me and never acting like I was putting her out with my questions.

Fabulous Vacation

This unit was so great! It was a great location and had all the essentials and more. Very clean! We loved having a place large enough to share with friends. Vangy was quick to answer answer questions we had and was extremely helpful.

Family vacation 2024

Our family had a wonderful stay. Condo was excellent! Weather was the best for us in a while. Can’t say enough about Vangie. Any questions I had she answered. The perfect owner to work with. She was stupendous! Hope to stay here again.

Excellent location and beautiful property

This condo was perfect for our vacation. We had 6 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of space for everybody. Vangie was super responsive and helpful. The location is also great - right on the beach. The pool is right downstairs and we used this several times for the kiddos on the really hot days. Kitchen was very well stocked with all the needed appliances. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved our stay!

It was our third time staying at Mainsail. This condo was our favorite of the three! The condo was perfect for two families. We loved having two living rooms—one for the kids and one for the adults. It was great being so close to the beach and getting four beach chairs/two umbrellas. The condo was very clean. We also had good communication with the owner throughout the stay.

Will Stay Again

We took a family vacation with about 10 adults and 2 children. We had MORE than enough room for everyone and the home was clean and tidy. Debbie was very quick to respond and was so helpful in answering all of our questions. The walk to the beach was not long at all and we appreciated that the building provided us with umbrellas and chairs for no extra cost. Will stay again!

Perfect for extended families!

This property fit our 3 families perfectly! Plenty of space to spread out. It’s recently been updated and it is well taken care of. There were tons of dishes and cookware and the stand alone ice maker was great! The only real issue that we had was that the fridge was freezing our food. The beach was awesome and we had a great trip! We would definitely stay here again!

Best unit ever!!!

This Penthouse condo offers everything!!! Our family was blown away by the beauty and functionality of it. The area is convenient and fun and being right on the beach was such a pleasure. Weather cool? No problem as the large hot tub at the pool is so big you will use it a lot!!! We will be back!!! Thanks Vangie and Vrbo!!!

Unbelievable view!!

Nice location.. Easy access to beach!! The parking I wish could of been better being we had to unload in the pouring rain!! The owners have their spots but I didn’t understand if we were staying in the owners condo why not have their parking spots and their umbrella service close to water!! I also think the swimming pool was a little small for so many people!! Overall my family had a great time!!!

Perfect for families

We really enjoyed our stay. The layout of the condo is very unique and worked well for us. The kids loved the bunk room. Having 4 bathrooms was great too. The two living areas were helpful, letting the kids watch their movie in one room and adults in the other area. The view is nice. 2 pairs of beach setup was definitely a plus, so we didn’t have to carry all of our chairs to and from. We also liked that there was no carpet in the unit. It was very clean and the owner is quick to respond and helpful. We will be back!

Beach Vacation

Overall everything was good. However, there was no trundle in the queen bedroom, as was listed. There were no beach chairs or boards, even though we were told there were. The code did not work at 4:00pm. I had to call the owner to reset the code. Other than the above, it was a good vacation. The living area was the best part of the condo.
