This was a nice place for a weekend getaway. The host was very helpful and the condo was clean. Good for a couple or small family. The added bonus was the golf cart that came as part of the rental! We liked the location, close to everything we wanted to see. Though there was renovations going on to the building, it was not too distracting or noisy and the workers were polite. We enjoyed out time here.

Everything is as advertised. Great spot at beachside and the new pool was awesome. Place was super clean and easy check-in and out process. We will definitely be back. Awesome time of year to come to Destin.

Always love Beachside II at Sandestin, and this condo was awesome! Very clean, well stocked, fantastic ocean view, and property manager was great and very responsive even when I failed to read all of the check-in details. (please forgive me). Also the golf cart was a really special added bonus!

Beautiful condo for a couple or mother daughter getaway!

Beautiful property. Very safe had issues with golf cart but manager was on constant contact with us and compensated for the issue. Bed is very loud and slightly uncomfortable otherwise great!!

Great room and amazing property but horrible beach

I absolutely loved this studio, the room was perfect and can’t compliment it enough. Loved the golf cart, took it to Publix and Starbucks every morning! Lol. The Sandestin property and all the acres that they have to offer is just wonderful and SO secluded and secure. 5 stars for location BUT unfortunately the beach sucked due to the mass congestion. It’s IMPOSSIBLE to get a seat with your own beach chair and umbrella and not be right on top of another family. The property chair rentals are absolutely way too overbearing for such a beautiful beach. They ruin the beach in my honest opinion. We had to drive to the state park beach 4/5 nights spent to enjoy some space. But aside from the beach being horrible, everything else was just so perfect and I would still choose to come back but just drive to the beach that offers more space and peace. If crowded beaches don’t bother you, then you would love this property. But if your like me, you’d find to agree with what I stated above. Denise was an awesome host, and very communicative and even granted us an early check in for our early arrival flight. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful oceanfront condo and we would come back to the Sandestin!

Perfect condo for us!

Condo is in a great location, perfect size and has all the necessities you could need for a short stay! Loved the gulf cart! Enjoyed going to dinner and getting groceries in it! Pool area and walkway under construction but we were aware of that before going! Will be nice when completed.

An almost perfect stay…

This was my first time visiting and everything was perfect except for a few things. I received the room code before I received the gate code, but we figured it out. The elevator closest to my room was out of order, so there was a wait for elevators at times. I asked one of the staff members what the code was for the stairs, which helped as we had the option to take the stairs. We loved the location, view, beach, and all the amenities. The unit was as advertised but what you couldn’t see was the condition of the bed it was the worst bed I have ever slept in, it was very uncomfortable with no support at all to where we opted to sleep on the pullout sofa bed which was slightly better. This was the reason for the 4 stars. We would come again but will not stay in this unit again unless the mattress is replaced. The bathroom shower was slow to drain but wasn’t too bad. Overall we had a wonderful stay and enjoyed our much needed vacation.

As Advertised - great views, nice condo!

Perfect spot for two people - great views of the beach and easy access to the beach. Condo was very clean, and nice appliances. Bathroom is small but the shower is very nice, bed is very good. Location is nice, within the Hilton Sandestin property. Things that were not great: One roll of toilet paper - one. No extra trash bag. No Kleenex, would have thought there would be at least one box. Beach umbrella, as mentioned by others, is missing the part that goes into the sand therefore not usable. You'll want an umbrella on the beach and can rent one but they're pretty pricey. One of the beach chairs is broken but there are 3 others. It's a bit of drive back into Destin for dining options but not a deal breaker for sure. The beach is beautiful, and the water is amazing. Very quiet location - would recommend for 2 people, 4 adults would not work. Possible for a couple with small children.

Beach Chairs/Umbrella and Strange Noise

FYI - one of the beach chairs was broken and it seemed the umbrella was missing a part (unless we just couldn't figure it out). There was also a weird noise coming from the upper corner cabinets in the kitchen (between the sink and stove) I have a video if it if you would like to see it - it was rather annoying.

The condo and location were awesome. There was a small hiccup during check in, but the property manager immediately helped us solve the issue. The place was clean and well stocked, and the view was unbelievable. We would definitely recommend this property and the owner to anyone looking for a beach vacation.

Took a chance

Was notified by property manager the building was having exterior renovated but with lack of options staying elsewhere, we took the chance and continued with our reservation. Property manager was very helpful when we arrived to checkin. Propert was very clean aside from the construction equipment. Room was nicely decorated and clean. Cant say anything about the view- our balcony was boarded up and unaccessable. Luckily we chose the beach chair service (quite pricey), otherwise we would not have had anywhere to sit on the insanely crowded beach. I believe if there was no construction going on, the view and location would have offset our disappointment with crowds at the beach, but as I mentioned before, we took a chance.

Fall beach trip

Enjoyed our stay at Beachside II property. The unit was exactly as described. We had no issues during our stay. The beach was more crowded than expected and that was disappointing. We paid for chair service and all chairs were very close to each other and those who brought their on setup were right in front in you. Happy to have been at the beach but will definitely choose another time of year/location next vacation.
