1st time it rained every single day :( nobody's fault Condo was clean enough but not my kind of clean, not owners fault, maids, Dust on everything and floors were dirty. Maid also came and knocked on our door way early to ask when we were leaving, i don't like that! If checkout is 11:00, i am leaving at 11:00. If i move here i am going to start a cleaning business

Great Place to Say

One of the unexpected great things was the amount of beach towels that were at the property. That was VERY nice. The property is clean and the amenities were very good. Having the pools was a very nice thing and the beach is private. Would definitely stay here again!

DESTIN DELIGHT

A Great unit with a great view of the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. Codo is as described in VRBO . Large balcony and is close to elevator. Being on the 5th floor , you can hear the waves at night. Rachel is a concerned owner. Would highly recomend this unit and location. Will stay here again. To anyone who likes to lounge by the pool and not the beach, be aware there are very few shade umbrellas by the pool.

FAB!!!!

The entire process was so simple, from communicating before hand to check in.... to checkout. Gorgeous condo, meticulously cleaned, comfy beds with surprisingly good pillows, a million dollar view that allowed for respite each morning and evening. The beach was immaculate too, chilly waters due to being early spring but the sun was hot, the sand was not and the new full service pool bar had crazy good drinks when our beach bag ran dry. Let the pool service help you get settled into a beachside chair or grab shade under the umbrella. It’s close to Publix, and an easy breezy drive to see all the fun along 30A and get back to Top’sl for fresh seafood from Goatfeather’s seafood market. No dinner lines to worry about while you’re cooking in the kitchen that’s fully prepared and stocked for any cook’s desire. You bring the groceries and don’t forget your coffee... but if you do, grab a cup of Joe at the new breakfast bistro at the fitness center ... you’ll want to watch the dolphins while you plan your days. We are going back soon for more beach walks and Tides 505 is the only number we need. Enjoy!!

Clean, Beautiful and Quiet Resort

We were beyond thrilled with our stay at this property! The owner, Rachel was so friendly, helpful and easy to reach when we had a question during our stay! The condo had everything and more included... a huge amount of towels and washcloths, 8+ beach towels, beach chairs ans toys,, extra paper products, laundry and dish detergent, makeup remover cloths, games, movies.... they thought of everything to make your stay easy and enjoyable! The location is QUIET, private with SO much to do at the resort! The elevators (3) were super fast, the view is astonishing, the beds were comfy, the balcony is perfect...I could go on and on!

Such an amazing property! This is a one of a kind opportunity to stay right in front of the ocean. Designer decorated, this unit was a fantastic find. Our family had the best vacation ever. Birthday weekend

I simply can’t say how pleased I was with our stay. Everything was ‘spot-on’ and exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect, grounds are beautiful and there are so many extra positive things to say about it without having enough space! Great condo

We really enjoyed our trip at this condo! The unit was well maintained and clean. It looked exactly like the pictures. We enjoyed the direct view of the ocean. The amenities were very nice too. We ate at the poolside grill multiple times when we didn’t feel like going out. We would definitely suggest this unit to others and would love to visit again.

Perfect location, gorgeous views, spacious condo with an abundance of amenities

Our family just stayed here and we had THE best time. Decor in the condo was awesome - really enhanced the beach vacation vibe! The condo offered lots of little added extras: games, coloring, DVDs and books for the kids; spacious, powerful shower; Jacuzzi tub; plenty of towels; kitchen fully stocked with every tableware/flatware/gadget you could need. The view and location of the condo was perfect - the short boardwalk to the beach had ample hoses/showers to rinse off sand before returning to the condo. The restaurant/bar by the pool was a HUGE bonus - good food, drinks and had live music on Thursday night. We had no reason to go anywhere else. Only trip we did was to the Buccaneer Pirate Ship in Destin - which was entertaining for the whole family. Not sure if this part of Miramar Beach was just quiet due to Covid ... but we went over Labor Day weekend and it was not crowded at all. Condo owner responded to text/email quickly. This whole trip really upped our par for our next vacation. Absolutely wonderful!! Thanks.

More than expected

We loved this property and location. The pools and poolside bar/restaurant was convenient for lunch and dinner when we were too tired to think about cooking or going out to eat. The owner of the property was more than available and provided her cell so we were able to text her on questions before the trip and when we arrived. The condo provided even more than what was listed on their description (down to beach towels, blow dryer and iron). It was the perfect vacation. My only complaint is 5 days and 4 nights just wasn’t enough time. We will definitely make this our annual spot and are already planning our next stay.

Amazing

This was an absolutely amazing property to stay at. Over the years, I have stayed in several condos in several locations. This condo felt like home and was so relaxing. The updates that have been done are a great upgrade. The flooring is great for the beach! It is easy to clean up the sand, yet it isn’t slippery! They have even added a Small pantry!! The furniture is comfortable and their is plenty of seating for everyone! I could go on and on about this property!

Dream Vacation

This place is amazing!! I can’t express enough how impressed we were with Tops’l Resort and the beautiful condo we had for a week. It was absolutely beautiful. We had the most gorgeous view from the balcony overlooking the 2 pools and the beautiful beach. This condo had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. I just want to say a Big Thank You to the owners of this condo for letting us stay in your beautiful home. We hope to get to stay here again in the near future. We actually would rate this much higher than a 5 star especially for the cleanest.

Nice condo, but...

Very nice condo. Charming and coastal. Wonderful view. However, the master bed has to be the worst mattress I've ever slept on. Not even kidding. The mattress was terrible. And the dryer either needs repaired or replaced. It sounded like a Harley-Davidson. So, other than getting a terrible night's sleep every night, we enjoyed the condo.

Excellent beachfront condo

Our family enjoyed our stay in this 2BR, 2BA property. We found it to be very clean and it also had everything we needed for the week. The owner was very nice and prompt with communication. All appliances and AC worked well. We enjoyed the large flat screen televisions and fast WiFi. The only recommendation I would have for the owner would be to please consider investing in lined drapery for the master bedroom, as the sun woke us up each morning and we are not morning people.
