The location of the condo was perfect for the venue. So close that we could be at venue in 5/6 min. Condo was very clean but the furniture and decor are very basic. Veiw of beach was perfect.

Summer get away

This is my second time back to Miramar Beach and staying at Majestic sun. Stan was an amazing host. He was very good at communicating. Our dryer broke during our stay, and he sent someone to get it up and running again. His condo is fully stocked with all the extras which made us feel more at ease the kids loved the pool toys and the grown-ups used the umbrella and beach chairs daily. I highly recommend staying with Stan!

Great view and location

Loved the view and location! Stan was very helpful and responsive leading up to and throughout our stay. The condo was in good condition aside from the handle of the balcony sliding door being broken and taped..but we could still get in/out. Great amenities within the complex including free parking. We would definitely stay there again!

Family Vacation

We had a great time on our family vacation to Florida. The property was clean and had everything we need. Stan responded promptly to anything we needed throughout our stay. I would recommend this condo to anyone and would stay again in the future!

The Perfect Spot

This property is GREAT! It was clean!! The balcony is large with a wonderful view. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cookware & dinnerware we needed. My mother was worried about road noise (from Scenic US Hwy 98) but it was very very minimal in the condo. Staying with Stan made vacation easy. Now go get that sun...

Very nice place, excellent ocean view, parking garage a big plus! Very spacious unit--a little cocerned about the weather, but somehow our Superhost came through--and the sun was shining!!

Incredible views!!!

This vacation met every expectation and then some! Stan made the process check in as smooth and easy as it will get! Property is in a primo location very close to Whale’s tail. Loved the balcony views of the ocean! 100% recommend this place!

May 2022 Beach Vacation

The condo has a beautiful view of Miramar Beach. It allows easy access to and from the beach if some of the family prefers to go back to the room while others stay out at the beach. You can also easily run back up to the room for a quick bite and leave your stuff on the beach since you can easily view it from the condo. The condo itself is just like the pictures! In addition to this wonderful property, the host, Stan, is amazing to say the less. He is there to meet your needs to make sure you have a wonderful stress free vacation! Any questions I had he was always available to answer them and fix any concerns very quickly. He even had an example itinerary to use for our weeks vacation as well. I would definitely rent this property again or any property that Mr. Stan Ingram is a host for.

Phenomenal location in Miramar Beach!

Great location with awesome views from living room and main bedroom. Easy to access the beach. Beach service is additional/optional, so plan accordingly. Condo is comfortable and worked great for our family of 3. Covered parking is a nice touch too.

Location! Location! Location!

Directly across Scenic 98 from the beach! Gorgeous view from the balcony. Close to grocery and restaurants! Only things missing were a large stock pot for a seafood boil and seafood utensils (crab/lobster crackers) but we made it work! Would absolutely stay again!

Great place, could use some improvements

We had a wonderful beach trip! We enjoyed the place. However, there were some things that could be improved: there are two glass sliding doors to get out to patio. One of them in the master bedroom is functioning fine. The door from the main living room was completely not functional. This was nearly impossible to open. The screen was torn. I informed the rental company of this as we arrived and this was never truly addressed and definitely not fixed during our stay. The bed in the spare bedroom was unsteady and creaky, this was supposedly worked on while we were at the beach one day- though I was not informed that someone would be coming into the condo… this was not fixed. The condo could use some updated decorations and just typical improvements all around. I could tell that some things had been recently replaced: the master bedroom tv, the couches and kitchen supplies. I’m sure this type of condo is not easy to keep immaculate. So overall, I would stay again. We love majestic sun!

Would Return!

Very nice condo and grounds. Very attentive to our questions. Quick to respond when I had an issue with the slider door to balcony. Even lucky enough to get notified condo was ready early! Definitely would book again!

Excellent view and location but needs some upgrades in the condo.

Excellent view of ocean and beach just across the street. The condo was lacking in several areas. Needs better cleaning, kitchen utensils, pots and pan old with loose handles. Bedroom Furniture old and worn however, sofa and love seat were nice. Legs on dining chairs loose, counters old and worn in kitchen and bathrooms. Mattress In second bedroom needs replaced. TV master bedroom would not stay on. Maintenance came to replace but the screen on the new one was broken and we were told he would go get another one and be back that same day but did not return with another one. The start up supplies (toilet tissue, paper towels, dish detergent as well as linens) was very limited. Very limited supply of bath towels, wash clothes and kitchen towels. The condo is what I would call shop worn and just needs updating and better supplied to go along with the excellent views and location. Owner responded in a timely manner as did the rental agency. The rental process was smooth and access to the property was easy with all the needed entry codes and information sent in a timely manner before we arrived at the property.

Wonderful Condo and experience

This condo was roomy and was the perfect location across the street from a wonderful beach. The only downside was that we had to provide our own toiletries (toilet paper, kleenex, shampoo, etc.), which has not been my past experience using VRBO. Also, the floors could have been cleaner.

A week’s vacation with our granddaughter.

Very clean. Great view of the ocean. Would rent again. (For future renters, there are no “leftover” supplies ie. salt/pepper, tissues, coffee filters, extra garbage bags, etc. Just plan on that when renting) But it was a great situation overall!
