Nice property. Unit was clean and very comfortable. Condo had beautiful views of the Gulf. The beach was awesome and the having beach chairs set up for us was a nice perk. Looking forward to coming back soon.

The room was not clean when we arrived. It looked okay until we pulled back the bunk sheets and they were dirty. A dustpan was resting on top of the table placemats in the pantry. We had to wash the sheets before turning in for bed. I mentioned it to the property manager but nothing was said. Next morning we grabbed a bowl to make scrambled eggs and it was dirty so had to hand wash first. The pet area to “do their business“ was very small. My dog refused to go there.

This condo is very family friendly & wonderful! We’ve stayed here twice now, and both times we have had a great time! The condo is spacious with two full bathrooms, a well-appointed kitchen, a dining area, and a comfortable living room hangout area. The beach access is literally just steps away…turquoise water views can be enjoyed from patio or even the kitchen, living room, or master bedroom!!

Fantastic view

The view!!! The moment you walk in the door you can see the ocean! We would stay here again for the view alone. The location is perfect and the pool is top notch. Being on the first floor and it being on one level is perfect when you have young kids. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. We will for sure be back!

Wonderful Stay

Amazing beach view, comfy beds, and accomidating. Enjoyed a week at the beach while cooking most meals in the equipped kitchen. The condo was beautiful and very comfortable.

Great Spot

We enjoyed our stay here! We have been coming to Miramar Beach for 8 years now and this was our first time staying in a condo with a Gulf view, it was wonderful! The unit had enough space and was much quieter than expected. We really loved our stay here.

Great Condo

Probably one of the nicer rentals I’ve stayed in recently. Newly decorated-very clean. Owner is very accessible and easy to deal with. The views of the beach and water from the condo are awesome. The building has its own beach with beach service set up daily which was very convenient. We’ll definitely be back.

Great Stay at Miramar Beach

Absolutely loved condo location, directly across street from the beach. Al, the owner, was very responsive to a couple of small issues. They were fixed immediately. The condo was clean and very quiet. We highly recommend!

The Good, The Bad & The Beautiful

The Good: This condo was perfect for our family. The 3rd bedroom with bunk beds is really just a closet, but plenty of room for my 13 year old. The proximity to the ocean is Amazing! Right right the front door is the ocean, small road to walk across and you're there. Pool is out your back door. Huge pool. Handful of great restaurants within walking distance. Beds are extremely comfy which was a nice surprise. Very happy with the first of the condo vs what was offered. The Bad: You have to cross a busy road to get to the ocean. Everyone does and the traffic stops kindly for you so it ends up fine, but still. The pool is across the parking lot from the ocean view condos. Might be a little scary for families with littles. Air conditioner only goes down to 70 degrees - which is barely cool enough at night for Midwesterners but didn't ruin our trip. Restaurants in walking distance are a good 5+ blocks but definitely walkable. Beach chairs are only set out from 5am to 5pm. Kind of silly since every day we were at the beach well past 5pm. Chairs should really be out from 8-8 if they wanted to be helpful. The Beautiful: The VIEW. Just gorgeous. This beach does not disappoint! Sand is Soo soft and water is soooo clear and green. I was so impressed that I didn't have to walk over broken seashells to get in and out of the ocean. It was just lovely. The POOL. It's so big and so grand. Warm and relaxing. Able to handle a big crowd with plenty of room. We would definitely book again!!

Typical great week in Florida

Amazing Location

Proximity to the beach was amazing. First floor was great for kids and pets. Condo was clean and owner was easy to get ahold of with any concerns or questions. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Wonderful beach trip!

My family and I ( 2 adults and two kids) stayed for a week at the Beach Retreat. We were comfortable and enjoyed the close proximity to the beach! The condo was well outfitted w/ a full kitchen, washer/dryer, plenty of televisions, and a patio area outside!

Perfect Fall Break Getaway

The condo rental is in the perfect location on Miramar Beach. The property was very clean, well stocked with towels, soap, and kitchen supplies. It’s a short walk to the beach and very convenient to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. We loved the walkway outside and used it for daily bike rides and sunset walks. I would definitely recommend this property for a fun family getaway.

Great view

Great condo. Only complaint would be that the thermostat wouldn’t allow us to lower the temp below 70. That was fine for the day time hours, but night got a little toasty and definitely affected sleep quality. Otherwise great stay.
