Great location! Everything about the property was great, except upon arrival there was a strong smell in the condo and specifically in the couch throughout the stay.

Compared with other properties we stayed in this area before, this one has relatively less cookware and has no beach chairs provided.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a beautiful space. It was clean, updated and complete with all expected amenities. The sitting area beyond the sliding doors was perfect for reading, coffee or just a space for prayer/meditation overlooking the lake complete with a central water spout.

Adult vacay

Property was clean and laid out well for 2 couples. Centrally located in the Destin/ 30a area. Pool area was okay and not too crowded. The community is large with a lot of traffic and the beach was WAY TOO CROWDED. Had to drive to other public beaches to have room to set up.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed ourselves. It was perfect for our two families with one baby each. The only thing we wished is that we could have had a golf cart. Would have made it a lot easier getting everything to and from the beach. Property was very close to the beach and they have a parking lot for your car.

Bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms were updated and well done. Kitchen cookware could be updated/replaced, as well as sofa was very worn. Overall, an adequate unit in good location.

The location of the townhouse was amazing! It was only a short walk to the beach. We had plenty of room to enjoy our stay. It was quiet & relaxing. We love all that Sandestin has to offer! It was easy to get around and there was lots to do/see. We were very happy with our experience

Three day getaway

Food in couch cushions, a water leak for next unit, broken hinges on cabinets, squeaking stairway. These are just a few of the items found wrong in just three days.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at the Benchmark Rentals condo in Miramar Beach. The process to rent was quick and easy. Our condo was in a great location - close to a pool and the beach, as well as shopping. It was also a very safe environment and many people walk, run and bike in this beautiful place. The condo was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. We enjoyed the backyard patio and view. The vacation rental management was very helpful and easy to reach - if they are too busy to answer your call, they text you back quickly and answer any questions you may have. We will definitely stay here again.
