5 Star Summer

This condo was perfect for our family summer vacation. The complimentary beach service is a must have. We really enjoyed it. So nice to just walk right across the street to the gorgeous private beach. The condo has everything you need. We will definitely be back!

Close walk to the beach

This condo was very clean. Being on the bottom floor made it very nice. Right outside the front door was the pool and hot tub. Outside the black sliding glass door was about a half a mile walk to the beach. The only complaints I have are about the dryers not being great (I had to pay over $15 for one load of laundry since the the dryers did not dry the clothes) and the pool was extremely cold! They need to heat the pool. Besides that it was a great stay and I will stay here again.

Easy check in and check out. Very short walk to a private access beach. The room is right beside the pool. The patio isn’t facing the beach but I didn’t mind it at all. Very clean. It was mostly families staying there and it was quiet.

Great stay

We love Miramar Beach and have always stayed at Gulfview. The ground floor is ideal for coming and going. It is only a couple of minutes to walk to the beach. The condo was clean and met our needs. We look forward to booking again next year.

Quick weekend trip

The weather was absolutely freezing (50’s) but the days were perfectly sunny and the ocean across the street was a treat to dash back and fourth to see (dolphins!). The hot tub here made allllll the difference and we loved the coziness of the condo. It’s clean and spacious and well put together. Our 12 year old enjoyed running back and fourth between the cold pool and heated pool and hot tub. The restaurants all along A30 we’re easy to get into and nice but the prices startled us. Make sure to head toward Grayton Beach & Seagrove area while you’re there.

We really enjoyed this property! Renting it and checking in was a breeze! Room was very nice and clean! Very close walk to private beach, which was beautiful! We also enjoyed the room being on the ground floor, would definately stay here again!

Clean and well maintained

Very clean and well maintained facility. Nice pool area. Just steps to the beach. The water isn't as visible from the patio as shown in the pictures which was a little disappointing as that was my reason for selecting this condo, but otherwise very happy. I would like to recommend sharpening the knives in the kitchen, certainly not a make or break, but would have made cutting the pineapple I had a little easier. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Nice Room, Good Location

My only complaints about this room are there is no closet for you to use, so if you bring dress clothes or going out clothes you have to hang them in the bathroom, I hated that. The other thing is the bed and pillows are horribly uncomfortable, we woke up in pain every morning, so for those reasons I don't think we'll rent this room again. We've been coming to Destin and staying at Gulfview since 2014 and I will say furnishing wise this room is great. All new appliances, lovely tile in the kitchen and bathroom and completely remodeled.

Awesome condo, awesome price !!!

Condo was very clean and spacious. We were 4 adults and 1 child, everyone slept comfortable. Easy access to the beach and when you step out of door you are at the pool. Grilling area is also outside of door. We loved that this complex isn’t too big and not very crowded. The beach is private and not as crowded as places we have been before. We enjoyed the free excursions that came with our book. We did the sea blaster dolphin cruise and snorkeling. Can’t wait to book our next stay in this same unit, wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in Destin!!!

We love staying at Gulfview and this condo was great. It’s very close to the pool and parking area, which made it convient for us to come and go from the pool or the beach with ease. The condo itself is updated and beautiful inside. We can’t wait to go back.
