Very clean and perfect location!

We absolutely loved the location. Cross the street and you are at the beach. Walking distance to Pompano Joe’s. I loved the balcony and you could view the beach. The only complaint I have is that the bedroom needs a new mattress desperately, it would be nice to have comforters and sheets on the bunk beds, and the pool area needs some umbrellas for shade.

Beautiful beach retreat

I Loved staying at this cute condo, I would definitely recommend it..and Newman Daily and there staff was great 😊 to work with, Alan & Dawn at the were super nice! Overall the white sand beach across the street its a great spot.

Very convenient location. Kitchen had all of the essentials. Pool key was originally missing but quickly brought to us once we called. WiFi was good. Sheets were a bit worn and sandy. Porch was nice to have, although no hooks to dry towels and clothes.

Perfectly great

My family of 4 rented the property for a 5 day stay. Although it’s across the road from the beach, you still have a view from your balcony. Being located directly across the road from the beach access made it easy for us to get to and from the beach. Having beach service included was great! Properly was clean and quiet. Unit stayed cool. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and laid back atmosphere

We rented the condo for seven days and enjoyed our stay. The location is very convenient to the beach access and the view from the patio was great. The condo itself is a bit dated but overall the layout and space functioned very well for my husband and I. The on-site laundry right out the front door was also convenient and took credit cards making it easy as well. While the apartment appeared clean at first glance, we very quickly realized the floors had not been swept or mopped and , as a result, the bottom of our feet were black. I spent time sweeping and mopping the floors and was not able to locate a dustpan or a mop in the unit. It wasn’t a deal breaker and I didn’t notify the property management company, but a completely clean space is important.

Great getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay! We usually book a property with a private beach but due to booking late we were unable to find something available! I was concerned about how crowded the public beach gets. However, it was not an issue! The beach service that came with our condo ensured prime beach location and was wonderful! The condo had everything we needed and was a quick walk to the beach! We return yearly so we will definitely be booking again!

Nice condo and location

We really enjoyed our vacation to Miramar Beach and this condo. I would definitely stay here again. The area is really nice. It’s a short walk right across to the beach. It was really nice that two beach chairs and an umbrella were provided for the week! The Newman-Daily personnel were great to work with also. I would definitely use them for a future location.

Great place for two.

The only thing that we would change if we could would have been the heavy footed guests above us and the renovation that occurred above and beside our room. Otherwise, it was lovely.

Small and Friendly Condo Community in a Perfect Location

Our family of five loved the stay here. We were very comfortable and the unit has a gorgeous view from the balcony. The accommodations are not luxurious, but the layout was great and the unit was clean. We spent all our time at the beach directly across the road. The walking path next to the building was perfect for morning jogs. We will definitely be returning.
