"This place is truly spectacular! We can't fault it. 'Spotlessly clean, gorgeous house and gardens, huge pool with pool lights. Tranquil surroundings. Highly efficient communication with both Frida (caretaker) and Jean Marc (owner). Lots to do and see in the area, but we didn't want to go out too much it was so beautiful! Naples is an easy train ride away and we loved the Tiberius cave at Sperlonga. We didn't want to leave!"

"Ein sehr privates ruhiges Plätzchen inmitten der Natur mit allem, was man braucht, umgeben von ausgesprochen freundlichen Gastgebern. Man benötigt das Auto zum Strand und auch zum Einkaufen. Aber der Weg dorthin über Serpentinen mit phantastischem Meerblick lohnte sich an jedem Tag."

"The villa was great especially the pool area which we all enjoyed immensely. Unfortunately the area outside the gated area is dire. Little or no local amenities and the street was dirty and most buildings were abandoned. The blurb for the property was changed recently to state that a car was needed and had i seen that I wouldn't of booked as none of our party wanted to drive. Beach was good and the staff at local Lido were great. Again villa fab but location awful. Such a shame!"

"The house and its location are simply indescribable. It definitely makes up for the long daily drive to and from Sperlonga. We were here for sport climbing and really enjoyed the peace and quiet and the view high above the town and the sea. The walks around the house were very relaxing. The house is very well equipped and with the new heating it is very comfortable even in winter. The only thing that would be desirable is a larger cooking pot for preparing meals for six people and the...

"Das Haus und das Interieur sind schon etwas älter, aber mit schönem Seeblick und von einem tollen Park umgeben. Zum Meer, das man vom Grundstück nicht sehen kann, sind es ein bis zwei Minuten. Die Umgebung wirkt nicht sehr gepflegt, das Haus befindet sich am Ende einer Sackgasse. Es gibt drei Zimmer, eins ist unbeheizt, die anderen beiden werden mit den Klimaanlagen schnell warm (wir waren Ende März / Anfang April da). In der Küche und den beiden sehr kleinen Bädern (nix für große Menschen)...

"Giuseppe and his wife were very attentive hosts. They were able to help arrange many things for us, including a caterer for dinners at the villa. The property was very grand and was the perfect size for our family of 10. The 2 kids enjpyed the pool. The villa is a little dated and could use a refesh in the kitchen and bathrooms. All in all, we enjoyed our time at La Villa dei Limone"

"Clean and functional apartment as shown in the pictures, literally less than 5 min walk to the beach. Core services are also very close, small grocery store(s), restaurants and cafes. Short drives for more services (Lidl ~15mins). Overall, great value for money. Our host, Maria, was great leading to our arrival and during the stay, communicating on whatsApp and providing info. The rental came with a local parking pass for free street parking, which was handy."

"Struttura ideale soprattutto per famiglie, appartamenti dotati di tutto il necessario, posizionata in una via silenziosa e tranquilla a 10 min a piedi dalla spiaggia convenzionata e dal centro città con negozi e ristoranti.. è la seconda volta che soggiorniamo e torneremo sicuramente.. mare di sperlonga sempre stupendo!!
