"The room was spacious with very good facilities, such as dish washer, washing machine, cooking utensils. Staff were friendly and welcoming. However, room service was not provided during my 3-night stay that made the atmosphere a bit chaotic, especially the toilet hygiene. In addition, plants inside living room or dining room were dying without proper attention."

The staff are all very friendly and the food is delicious many thanks to the chefs who you don’t see. The only downside was the size of the room it was a bit cramped we stayed in room 4. We only stayed 2 nights which we managed but I wouldn’t want to stay longer in that particular room. I would definitely stay again but I would have to look at the...

"The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. We stayed in the disabled access room which was very good. The only thing we would say is the the toilet is very low for a disabled person, even with the grab bars. "
