Great home for a large group to stay together. Kitchen worked well for us to make meals. Location was great with many Milwaukee attractions under 20 miles away. The hot tub was a nice place to unwind at the end of the day.

March Madness

We were in Milwaukee for the NCAA tournament. The house was very close to Fiserv!! Tons of amenities were provided. Paul was very accommodating and responsive. We enjoyed our stay very much!!

Great stay for Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful stay at the property. The game room was excellent with a high quality pool table and foosball table was also great. For a rental, the cookery was all decent quality, which was refreshing

Eclectic residence

This house was perfect for our family of 10. All bedrooms and beds were very comfortable. The house is older on a cute cul du sac near downtown. Easy to get to the lakefront or anything in the downtown area. Paul, the host was very accommodating and we had a great week.

Amazing

We were in town for a family wedding and stayed the week for vacation. The house was very clean and easy to check in. Paul was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. Wonderful place and an amazing vacation!

Comfortable, spacious stay

Our group stayed here for a business conference. We loved it! It was very comfortable and spacious, lots of amenities like pool table, foosball, air hockey, and a bunch of board games etc.The only complaint we had is that we couldn't stay longer.

Great for friends gathering

Loved this house!

My family and I loved this house! So much space for everyone, and between the hot tub and games in the basement we had a blast! Everything was super organized, clear communication and a very clean home! Close to downtown while still getting the quiet feel you get from a neighborhood.

Great spot for gathering

This place was great in so many ways. The location is super convenient to enjoy a lot of Milwaukee. In a very safe feeling and quiet neighborhood. We had a busy weekend full of activities that took us away from the house but we probably could've hung out there all weekend. Thanks for the great experience.

Great house in Milwaukee

Our experience was excellent. There was tons of space and bedrooms for multiple families to stay at the house while still having privacy. The communal spaces were also great for gathering, and the outdoor amenities were also excellent. Plenty of things to do when at the house. Highly recommended. It was also a very short drive to everything downtown. We also walked to Carver Park and enjoyed the playground there. Hosts were very responsive as well.

Excellent amenities

We stayed for USA Triathlon nationals for 5 days. It was a perfect home with all amenities. The only minor issue is that the neighborhood was a little noisy with music a block over.

the property provides a great central gathering area with the kitchen and dining room but also provides for privacy with the multiple rooms on different floors and beautifully landscaped back yard.

Perfect for family gathering

We were looking for a place to celebrate our daughter's college graduation and this place perfectly met that that need. Paul was very receptive to our inquiries, it was easy to find and the location was ideal. In the interest of full disclosure, it is quite close to some rough neighborhoods, and while we did hear plenty of sirens we never once felt unsafe. I especially loved the gardens and lilacs and pollinator friendly yard (wow!). The layout offers multiple places to convene (or escape, not everyone wanted to watch golf all day) and multiple things to keep the 20-something kids entertained. Many highlights, including the hot tub - super clean and new. Loved our stay!

Perfect location within walking distance to Bucks game - Great house in a quiet neighborhood / safe location. House had so many amenities that kept our family of all ages content and entertained all weekend!

All around top-notch!

MKE is already such a fun spot, and this property & hosts made it that much better. We hosted my bachelorette party at Paul's place and it was fantastic. So much space for our attendees to sleep, hot tub, decompress, hang out, etc. Paul was extraordinary to communicate with - quick, accommodating and kind. And the location?! Uber XL cost $7 to get to downtown MKE.!!!! Really couldn't have found a better location, home and hosts. If you're on the fence, book now!

Great stay

Paul and Sandy are excellent hosts. This house is spacious and the amenities are top tier. Close to downtown, it was a quick Uber anywhere we needed to go. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful family NYE weekend!

This was an excellent home to celebrate the holiday with my children and grandchildren. The hosts were very responsive to any question, and even offered sites to see, and even referred a mechanic when my daughter had a car issue! The property is in a safe, convenient, yet quiet cul de sac. It was perfect for our weekend. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking (we even found and used a large Kitchen Aid stand mixer!), the large dining table was perfect for meals and the many board games provided. The kids and grandkids enjoyed the outdoor hot tub (extra beach towels provided). The 6 bedrooms with comfortable beds, offered plenty of space and privacy for us too! I’d definitely stay here again! As we spent most of our weekend at the house, we enjoyed lots of meals and appetizers together, and washed a lot of dishes. My only wish would be to have a dish drying rack and/or a few more kitchen towels available.

Multi-Generational Family Gathering in MKE

3.5 stars for a nice stay in Milwaukee for our family, ranging from 1yo to 70yo. Owner Paul was easy to communicate with. Well-stocked with supplies for renters including towels, bath soaps/shampoos, kitchen equipment, spare pillows and blankets. Older home did have some appliances that could use some maintenance – outdoor gas grill had a make-shift plastic cup where drip pan and rack should be, dishwasher detergent compartment flap broken so couldn’t run loads, and stove-top light out. The basement is understandably cooler than the main floor, but 2nd floor then also considerably warmer than the main floor, although home had extra floor fans on 2nd floor to try to help with this. While enough bedrooms and beds for our party of 13, have to be aware that size of hot water tank in home probably not intended for this many; on the first night, a few of the kids yelped through showers that turned cold on them while the baby was having a bath and someone was hand-washing dishes after dinner. Great to have three full bathes, but had to anticipate hot water use and stagger/time showers and dishes. The shared/entertainment spaces were great and the highlight of the home. Kids loved the hammocks in the backyard while grandparents supervised from the well-furnished and relaxing patio, and basement darts and pool table were a hit.

Very Family Friendly Home

Beautiful, clean home with a large yard (4 hammocks in the back yard) and a wonderful hot tub on the patio. Great shade, nice lawn furniture. We spent much of our time outside. Roomy indoors on 3 levels with a great game room in the basement. This was our 2nd stay at this house and hope to stay there again in the future.
