"Location was great. Room was small but nice for a solo traveler staying for a couple of nights. The property/room was very clean and the seamless check in (receiving door codes via email) was fantastic. I had a garden view room which was perfect as I didn't have any street noise... save for some emergency vehicles. If your room overlooks Mass Ave you will have plenty of city noise. "Overall had a great experience here. Took just a couple minutes texting the host to get the check in information that was to be emailed- but they sent it pretty quickly when I said it wasn't sent yet. I didn't need anything else from the host. It was clean and overall pretty nice! The stairs you take to get up to the room are pretty loud, so I woke up one time when other people got home to other rooms during my stay, but that was it! Overall good. I was there for a holiday weekend so the price...

"La ubicación está excelente, muy céntrico y cerca del parque, pero los departamentos no tienen aislamiento acústico y se escucha todo el ruido de la calle, desde los camiones, hasta la gente. Imposible dormir. El aire acondicionado es de los móviles de piso y está el ducto pegado con cinta a la ventana, las cortinas no funcionan bien y la ventana está sellada con cinta."

"We are glad we stayed in this nice and bright studio. We found it very clean and any questions we had they were promptly answered by the host, that we found easy to communicate with. It’s located on a very quiet building and on a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Very close to Boston Medical Center as well as Boston Children’s Hospital and subway and train stations. We would love to stay there again if we need to return to Boston. Thanks for the excellent service provided."

"Overall I loved the stay, I like how we are in the heart around everything, it made everything better as well as being able to walk to and from certain places was worth it. A few minor things is that the ceiling would leak once and a while in the bathroom, and the shower water would go hot to cold every other minute, the couch could use a deep scrub, it did have stains but other than those I did enjoy my stay."

"Fantastic property. From booking there was an issue with Hotels.com double booking the apartment but Peter the host was straight on to sort it for us. Made sure everything was accommodated, constant clear communication and what a place! Super clean, spacious, amazing location with plenty public transport around and of course Fenway park 2 minutes walk!
Super glad we booked, great price for what we had and will definitely be back anytime we are in Boston. Thanks Peter!"
