Our stay was exactly what we needed while vacationing in Boston. Our host was gracious enough to even let us check in early. We had a ton of space and the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was as advertised so was happy with location, amenities and really no issues. There is a bit of noise from above but that is really the only thing to be aware of.

The place is in a basement. It smelled, like a damp basement. Everything else was ok. We stayed for one night, perfect for what we needed. But I would not suggest staying here.

Everything was good and clean and check in was nice all was good. Might put in the add that it is a finished basement and people are above you in the rental.

Clean, Spacious, and Relaxing

Wonderful place to stay. The check in and check out process was super easy, and it had all the basic amenities needed for a short stay. The filtered water was a nice touch.

A great location for exploring Boston and surrounding areas. We enjoyed the spacious rooms, very comfortable double bed, lounge with TV and access to Netflix. Hosts provided excellent instructions. We would stay here again, thank you for a lovely stay.

This is a basement apartment below someone’s home where you can clearly hear a lot of what’s going on above you. The location is in need of updates and definitely in need of a deep clean. The shower is not very clean and there is an off putting odor about the apartment. It’s a great location, central to anywhere you may need to go, but the listing should include the fact that it’s a basement apartment.

This was a good landing place for our family trip to Boston. The kitchen was very well equipped and the flat was very clean. I was impressed that they set up the pull out sofa before we arrived! Very good location for public transport, and the hosts were very helpful before our stay.

Spacious

We enjoyed our stay very much! The location was large and the area quiet with close proximity to the commuter train into the city. We had all we needed and the family enjoyed the ping pong table after a day of exploring. We would definitely stay again!

Roomy, pleasant stay at this home in Dedham

Great stay for our needs of visiting family in Dedham. I would have felt safer having a railing to hold onto while using the outside steps. Would stay there again as the location is great for this family.

The location is excellent and in a great neighborhood. The entry is under a deck and dark with a hose and buckets laying around. There is tons of space inside, but every room has bad diy renovations (ex. broken counter around sink covered with silicon caulk, deck screws in trim work, moldy shower corners). The beds and sheets were clean and fresh. The wifi wasn't good enough to stream a movie. Overall with how expensive the Boston area is, it's about the right value for what you pay for it.

Vacation

This was a great location for us. It is a very spacious basement apartment. The ping pong table was a huge hit with our family and was a great way to wind down full vacation days.

We stayed 2 nights with our boys for a soccer tournament. The location was perfect and centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. Self-check-in was easy and convenient. Nice living room with comfortable couches and a big TV. The table tennis table was a plus for the boys and the kitchen was great. The bathroom could need some updating, especially the shower, but was adequate for what we needed. We appreciate the hospitality. Thank you again.
