"Fawn’s Lair was a great space for our family of 5 while our son played at Dreams Park. The living space and yard were perfect for our family. The proximity to the park (3-4 mins) was ideal and Mike and Colleen were great hosts. I’d highly recommend this place for anyone heading to Dreams Park or to Cooperstown."

"Our family stayed here while our baseball kiddo was a Cooperstown Dreams Park. Everything we needed, lots of space - more than we expected. The high ceiling gave a great spacious feel, kitchen had everything we needed. The extra bathroom and washer/dryer in the extra building were perfect. Beautiful outside area too - private, amazing night sky views. Would absolutely recommend!"

"We loved staying at this house. Everyone has a room or porch they could go to get away from others. There are so many unique aspects of the house were fun to find. I never heard from the management. I emailed saying we arrived and all was good. We did have to call maintenance and he was wonderful! Steve was at our house within an hour! The front porch and back siding could use a power wash for a better front porch experience, but that's the only thing I would change. Thank you."
