Perfect in every way

Cooperstown was a memorable trip but what made it the best was staying at home with our host. The home was perfect. We always wanted to go explore the surrounding villages but the boys always wanted to return to play at the house. Thank you for the great memories!

We stayed at Darlene's property during my son's baseball tournament at Dreams Park. The property had everything we could have possibly asked for and more. The proximity to the field and comfort of this home made enhanced a great experience at Dreams Park. I would highly recommend this property!

Great House 1 Minute From Dreams Park!

If you are looking for a nice house with great views and want to be close to Dreams Park, this is the place to stay. We had two families staying at this house and it was perfect. It is literally 1 minute from Dreams Park which made it super convenient to go back and forth to the park and for other places such as the local grocery store, local restaurants, and downtown Cooperstown. Darlene, the owner, was fantastic to work with. You won't regret staying here if you need a place to stay for one of the Cooperstown Dreams Park Tournaments!

Cooperstown Baseball

We stayed the week of August 6th as our son was playing at Dreams Park. Being 2 minutes away from the park was huge especially with 2 long rain delays. The large fishing pond in the back was amazing and our son spent hours back there! We are so happy with our stay and can't recommend it enough!

Great property super close to dreams park

Had a great stay while my son played at Cooperstown Dreams Park. VERY convenient to the park, and had all the amenities we look for when traveling, including a full size fridge, laundry and multiple bathrooms. Thanks for a great stay!

Absolutely Wonderful!

My family and I had an incredible stay here while watching our son play at Dreams Park (which is a 45 second drive up the road). We spent hours on the pond fishing when we were not at the ballpark. Rick and Darlene were extremely wonderful to communicate with and helpful in make our stay memorable/enjoyable! The views were stunning and I found myself taking pictures of the backyard scene every hour!! We saw beavers, deer, a crane, tons of fish (caught bass and catfish), frogs and even a few double rainbows! It was truly a wonderful week and we will definitely return!

Must Stay for Cooperstown Baseball Tournament

Darlene and Rick are awesome! The view off the back patio is better then any picture! 2min from the ball fields. When my 10yr old has a chance to play in Cooperstown, we will stay there again!

a wonderful experience

Darlene's place is exactly what we hoped for: the location is great, the home is clean, beautiful and has everything we need, not to mention the large deck with panoramic view! Darlene is very responsive and helpful too. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to this area.

Close to Cooperstown with a beautiful view

Very well stocked home with lots of space in the living room, dining room and kitchen. Master bathroom was a bit small. Darlene was great to work with and promptly answered any questions we had. The house was conveniently located for visiting the Baseball Hall of Fame and sightseeing in the Catskill Mtns. Loved the view and the lake!

Home central to explore Cooperstown

You can tell from working with Darlene that her best intention was for me to have the best experience while visiting Cooperstown this summer. The house is conveniently located to all the attractions and more! And the house is well suited for things to do on the days that we wanted to be home bodies. It has been an exciting and busy week and can’t wait to come again!

Perfect place and great location 👍

Amazing place close to the ballpark. The location worked out well in between games. Plenty of space for our family and the kids loved fishing in the pond. I also enjoyed the paddle boat:) Loved waking up having coffee on the deck and watching the wildlife. Hopefully will be back in 2 yrs with the younger brother!

Grandpa's Back 40

We enjoyed our 3-night stay very very much. The 3 of us (we are 60+ year old high school friends) decided to have a short mid-week get-together and visit the Baseball Hall of Fame. Location was perfect for everything in the Cooperstown area. Many of the local attractions are seasonal (Summer months) so we were a little limited in our activities. Knowing this ahead of time we planned on spending an entire day at The Hall and did a little site seeing the other day. The house was a perfect accommodation for us. Comfortable beds, relaxing family/T.V. room, and a terrific kitchen - roomy, including any and all appliances/utensils/cookware that you could possibly need. I highly recommend the house for a small family or group of friends looking to spend some time in the Cooperstown area. I may look to rent again during the Summer.
