Emplazamiento único
Apartamento muy amplio, situado en en downtown de Milán, con la comodidad de llegar con el tranvía directamente al centro de la ciudad, dejando el coche aparcado, gratuito. Edificio elegante y seguro. Los anfitriones muy atentos y siempre disponibles. Aunque en el anuncio pone que hay un balcón, no es realmente más que un lavadero con un muro alto, en el que no apetece sentarse. Cerca del edificio hay todo tipo de tiendas, bares, restaurantes, farmacia, supermercado, etc. con la única matización, que durante la semana del ferragosto, está TODO cerrado, menos la farmacia y el supermercado. Lo recomendamos para pasar unos días en Milán y ver la ciudad cómodamente. Reiteramos la comodidad de tener tan cerca en tranvía, línea 2 y poder acceder sin problemas a la misma plaza del Duomo.

Spacious and quiet
We are a family of 7 and the apartment was spacious enough for all of us to sleep comfortably. The kitchen was a little smaller than the picture lead on. The location was a little further form the attractions than expected but a quick tram ride took us to where we needed to get. Apartment was very quiet up on the 8th floor. Would stay there again.

We loved everything about the property except the beds. They were not too comfortable, especially the pull out beds. Also, it was quite warm and we could not use the ac due to a law that it cannot be used in Oct. This is, of course no fault of the property and would have been a problem anywhere in Italy.

Great stay!
This apartment is 15-20 minutes outside downtown Milan. It is spacious, well equipped, air conditioned, safe. Walking distance to restaurants, market and tram. Gianni was an amazing host. We were so impressed how he would communicate and made sure we would have all what we needed.

Comfortable and well placed milanese appartment
Gianni was a really responsive host, communication was really good and well organized ! The appartment has a lot of space to offer, the two bedrooms are separated (one has even an anteroom, which means its really convenient if you want your children to be in a quiet place). The building is just 4 mn away from the last station of the T2 tramway, which can bring you to the center of Milan in 15-20 mn. So really easy to visit Milan by foot. If you have a car, no problem to let it in the free parking in front of the building (reminder : center of town is not free for cars, so as I just explained, better take public transportation)..
