Fatal. El apartamento en sí no está mal, pero la estancia ha sido horrible. 1. Lleno de mosquitos. He estado 2 noches sin dormir. 2. El agua caliente de la ducha era templada casi fría. 3. La cama doble eran 2 camas individuales juntas. 4. Habiendo avisado de los inconvenientes, no han hecho nada por solucionarlo. Lo dicho, a evitar completamente. Una pena.

Llegada al hotel a partir de las 22h00 con cargo de 30,00 € por late check-in. Esto en una ciudad como Milán me parece un abuso, sabiendo que muchos de sus visitantes llegarán en avión y dependen de la hora de vuelos, retrasos... La limpieza del apartamento dejémoslo en regular. Está bastante alejado del centro, si bien, es cierto que a 10 min. andando de la estación Milano Centrale o de Loretto.

Lo unico que no me gusto fue que no estaba claro la cantidad que te cobran de mas, como los costos de limpieza, y el hecho de tener que ir por la llave a otro lugar, lo demas todo bien.

The check in process is an absolute nightmare. We had to go the Italyway office at the train station to get the keys. So if you don’t arrive by train, it is a pain. Seems like it is close to the apartments however with all the traffic and luggage, it is a great pain. Apartment was in the basement, lift was not working for all 3 days we were there. Shower is mouldy. Apartment did not have neither stated heating nor air conditioning. We got frozen there. When I called the office, they said that they could not do much about it. They did not even provide with additional blankets and there were none available inside the apartment. Moreover, at first, the hot water was not hot at all. It was slightly warm and we were unable to take shower and get warm. I called them and asked to help, but they were not eager to do anything. The hot water got better though the next day. The only positive thing about the stay there was a parking. It was included and it was right next to the entrance door.

Getting into the property was a bit involved with several codes and lock boxes, but the host sent very clear instructions to help us get in! The room was clean and had plenty of kitchen gadgets to utilize.

Es wurde in der Unterkunft vor nicht aufgeräumt, demnach war es sehr dreckig es lagen Haare rum, auf dem Boden war noch Blut, die Bettwäsche war verdreckt, zudem haben wir für drei Personen gebucht, und nur für zwei Personen wurde das Bett bezogen

Check in was convenient, there is a bit of a trick to using the locks but after figuring it out was able to use with no problem. We did not know the apartment we chose was in the basement so it was very cold otherwise very clean and spacious, walkable from train station

STAY AWAY AND DO NOT BOOK - FALSE ADVERTISING
My family and I left this Italianway property after 20 minutes of stepping our feet in the door and immediately booked another hotel. This Italianway property was in a graffiti infested and sketchy area and the walk to/from Central Station was farther than advertised. We saw a homeless man take a dump on the sidewalk on our way to the property. There was no way you could walk to/from this property from Central Station feeling safe, especially at night. Anybody with common sense will know that that you could easily get robbed staying in this area so we did not hesitate to leave. Regarding the property itself, the elevator in the building kept jerking when you enter, which is not normal. First impression of property itself was ok at best but definitely not worth their nightly rate. Photos were misleading. There is no onsite reception; their offsite reception is at Central Station, which is only open during business hours - HUGE RED FLAG. We understand that there are booking terms and conditions, but we asked multiple times for a full/partial refund as a courtesy/in good faith due to safety concerns and Italianway didn’t care and refused our multiple requests. They gladly kept our money for our 3 night booking when we didn’t even stay there at all!! We are a very loyal and frequent Hotels.com users and this is the worst property and experience ever on their platform. Most importantly, this Italianway property and Italianway customer service is really below Hotels.com standards.

The apartment floor was very dirty & you would not notice it bec. it’s white tiled flooring. We didn’t have any slippers to use inside thats why we noticed the dust and black colour on our soles. Bed bugs all over the other double bed my 2 daughters had a big red bites on.Transportation and restaurants are not in the vicinity. Its a bit secluded area specially at night time, you won’t see people around. Not a cheap price we paid for 3 nights in Milan.

It was so cold in the apartment so we couldn’t wait to take a nice hot shower! And here it comes the water was barely warm… absolutely unacceptable conditions!!! I did conclude the property immediately after check in and the reply was very clear “the winter is over”… i asked for any portable heater and didn’t get anything…. Please stay away from this property !!! I travel a few times per year and this is my first experience writing such a horrible review… i would not want to stay in this property for free

appena usciti dall'ascensore un odore nauseabondo ci ha accolti. speravo fosse solo nel corridoio, invece appena aperta la porta di cosa, era pure peggio. il bagno, o meglio il box doccia in condizioni deplorevoli, in camera e sala rotoli di polvere. gli asciugamani puzzavano e invece del copripiumino o trapunta, nell'armadio abbiamo trovato un piumino da mettere sul letto, ovviamente, non vado sui dettagli del colore. mi chiedo come si possa affittare a queste condizioni.

It looked fantastic on the pictures. However the bathroom shower had mold that could have easily been cleaned with some bleach. So the cleanliness was not there. Otherwise property is nice. Just was not clean. Also another issue was that in order for me to check in and get the key I had to go to the train station and go to their office then get an explanation on how to open the doors. That process was annoying and can be inconvenient for a lot of people, they need to have an on site pick up for the key with a code like most other places.

Замечательные апартаменты недалеко от центрального вокзала,, свежий ремонт, комфортные, светлые, теплые(в зимнее время в некоторых отелях мерзли-пока прогревались кондиционером), а этих -только пол прохладный, нормальный напор воды, кухня оборудована, если есть желание готовить-возможно, найти офис, для получения ключей-легко, рядом с Макдональдсом и офисом водофон, с нас залога не брали, карту, по которой оплачивали бронирование не просили. Единственный минус, о котором пишут на других сайтах-агрегаторах- это, если путешествуешь один, придется извернуться-ключи надо оставить в аппартах, а калитка на улицу открывается ключом, но, вероятно, это можно уточнить пои заезде в офисе аппартов-как быть в таком случае, мы, соответственно, вынесли вещи/один остался держать калитку, второй отнес ключи в аппарты, в остальном-все очень хорошо, рядом супермаркет, метро, улица буонэс-айрес с кафе, магазинами и по. Спасибо за отличный отдых

I did like the fact it was a stunning flat; very clean and comfy, close to subway lines & to the Duomo, there was a small grocery store nearby, and bathroom lighting was really nice. However - I would NOT stay again for several reasons. First of all, the location is not easy to find at all, it is in a sort of sketchy area, in' private road'. Being my first time in Milan, I had a lot of trouble locating this place. Check-in is in the Central Station, NOT in the building of the hotel flat, so if you have a problem or need extra items in the unit not within business hours - good luck with trying to get someone to help you. I had SO MUCH trouble with the very high tech key/lock for the 4 nights I stayed there. But because there was NO concierge as I really needed help, well, I just had to "keep on trying" in absolute frustration in order to get the key to unlock the damn door! Other things in the unit that were minor but irritating - the shower water NEVER was hot enough, and stove was too "high tech" for my taste, and also the toiletries provided were just gross.

Terrible is the word. Never ever book. They don’t even pick up calls. What kind of hotel / apartment don’t have anyone responsible to pickup calls when the customer is expected to checkin. I stood in front of the apartment for an hour and the property didn’t pickup calls , didn’t respond to messages and finally I had to book another hotel. This was in the afternoon during regular checkin hours.Even orbitz team couldn’t reach the hotel and after all this they refuse to refund. How sick is that. Don’t recommend anyone to ever book.

Besides the booking payment, pls bear in mind, there would be a 40 euro cleaning fee paid from your card at the check in day (without notice). We were totally not informed beforehand. So when the bank sent me the payment message, I thought it was credit card fraud and called the bank to freeze my card. Now I have to go through the complicated procedures to unfreeze my card. It’s really disturbing. As for the room, it is ok. We lived in a half-basement room. At nights, it can be cold even though we turn the air con to the highest temperature (25 Celsius degree).
