"Rathmore was everything we had hoped for a tranquil weekend escape. We stayed in the Shearer’s Quarters, separate from the main homestead and very private, with delicious meals delivered by Cally - the lamb ragu was a favourite, highly recommended. "We wanted to stay for two nights in the Sheffield region of Tasmania with a countryside setting but still close enough to Cradle Mountain for a day trip. Glencoe was the perfect place and fulfilled all of our requirements and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. "The opportunity to stay in this heritage listed property is amazing. Karen and Steve have done such an incredible job of providing such a comfortable and friendly stay. The room was just perfect, from the furnishings to the little extras like the bottle of Port in each room.
