Spacious and close to everything

Had a great time during our stay, plenty of room with a huge backyard and Within walking distance of the beach and shops. Would definitely stay again

Family getaway

Great location. Close to beach, cockle train, playground and town. Plenty of room for our family of 9 to share. Highly recommended

It is well located in relation to the beach and the heart of Middleton is just a short walk away. The property itself has all the amenities you could want especially for families and we loved this years refresh. We look forward to staying again :)

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a house which was not very clean there were mould on windows, vaccum cleaner so full could not suck anything, filter in washing machine full also. upper deck had lots of bird drying rack is in good location but the maintenance and cleanliness NEED to be improved.

I loved the upstairs living area, where you could see the sea as well as the hills. The children enjoyed the backyard and the games room. It was in such a convenient setting. A short walk to the beach or the hotel for dinner. A really enjoyable stay.

Great stay

This property was great. We had 4 friends and our children and everyone very much enjoyed themselves. Heaps to do for the kids, large grassed areas for games and relaxing and close to everything we needed/wanted including the beach. Thankyou

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at Point Break over the weekend of 3, 4 and 5 July 2020. The property was well described online and was exactly as we found it. The property was beautifully maintained with lovely gardens and a fantastic outdoor rumpus room. South Coast Realty were very easy to deal with, the keys pick up was hassle free and we were given excellent directions. I would strongly recommend this property to family and friends. It is obvious that it is well loved and looked after and has a very homely feel with toys and a games console. The stroll down the road to the spectacular beach is just that, an easy stroll AND within walking distance to the Middleton Pub and Bakery !

We had 6 adults and 4 children and really appreciated the family friendly attitude of the owners. Everything worked including the free wifi and the AC upstairs, Great surf as well and a good BBQ and games room. 2 lounges made for plenty of space and separation as needed.

Clean, well equiped and great for kids.

It was great, very spacious, relaxing and clean. Well set up kitchen with all the things you would need. Ball games, computer games, table tennis, basketball hoop etc were great to keep the kids happy and occupied.

Great Location

It was so good to have wonderful views to see the Cockle train for the children and wonderful big back yard and shed. We loved the space for our family Christmas. Terrific toys too. Thankyou so much for our lovely Beach House to stay .

Excellent location!

The house itself was clean & fresh, with lots of room for our 3+ families. great for kids with a portacot, kids room, baby gate, enclosed yard and plenty of toys. Perfect location with the beach one way and the pub & Main Street the other. Right near the cockle train line too which the kids love. Southcoast Realty were seamless to deal with too. They dealt with all issues promptly and were super friendly. We will definitely be back!
