Karma Waters Beach House

  • Lovely, large beach house with ocean views and just seconds from the popular Middleton Surfing Beaches. A spacious holiday home, Karma Waters has three separate living areas, giving plenty of room for families to relax together or to spread out, with some enjoying the views and quiet times upstairs while others play in the well equipped games room downstairs. Rain or shine, you will have fun at Karma Waters!

    Surf School runs from the carpark down the road directly in front of the house. The well known bikeway runs along the coast from Goolwa to Victor, passing by very near the house. A lovely path for kids to learn to ride or for families to head off on a longer ride to the Port Elliot Bakery.

    Karma Waters offers the very best in family accommodation and is beautifully presented.

    Accommodating up to 10 adults, Karma Waters is suitable for group getaways or quiet family holidays.

    4 Bedrooms (1x king bed, 2 x queen beds, 4 singles (presented as bunks), 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets, ensuite with corner spa bath, 2 x TV, DVD theatre system, ducted reverse cycle air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, laundry with washing machine and dryer, BBQ, pool table, table tennis table, soccer table, outdoor shower, fenced lawned yard.

    All sheets (flat & fitted plus pillowcases), towels, tea towels and toilet paper to be provided by the tenant. Quilts, blankets, mattress protectors and pillows are provided for all beds.

    Note: king size sheets (flat and fitted) are available on request for a charge of $20. Other sizes not available.

Great location, so close to the beach. Plenty for the kids to do inside the house as well as the huge grassed backyard. Daxine was able to answer all our queries via stayz app. Loved staying here!

Fun at Middleton

This was our second stay at this beautiful home. Our host Daxine was extremely helpful and the property was perfect for us and our 6 grandchildren. There was plenty to do, with table tennis, pool table, foosball and of course the beach close by. We had a great holiday.

Wonderful spot.

Spacious property in a wonderful location, very close to the beach. Plenty of activities available in the house to keep children and adults entertained. Very comfortable 7 night stay. :)

Beautiful location

Lovely large house with lots of room for all the children. Nice and cozy upstairs and a large kitchen with a great oven and stovetop for those who like to cook. We most enjoyed the location to the beach and the pathway that links across to other small towns. It was even easy enough and quick to walk to the local IGA. Thanks for providing a house that let us relax, and enjoy family time

Its a beautiful house, but we had to clean plates etc as they where not cleaned properly, the oven was dirty and the bbq was not clean and dodgy. Other that that it was great

Lovely Holiday!

Very relaxing, great location, nice beach views, very close to the beach for walks, very comfortable beds, ducted heating worked very well for our winter get away, nice big tv's, plenty to keep the kids occupied, theres a lovely modern IGA a short drive up the road with everything you need or a 2 min drive into Goolwa to Woolies and other larger shops, the local Middleton Tavern was great for dinner with a nice salad/veg bar. We had a very relaxing stay. Not our 1st holiday here. We'd love to come back again one day. Very clean throughout, and a huge big house with loads of room to move inside and outside.

Who could ask for me.....My family inc my elderly mum and grandson & surfie son in law spent our Easter break at this beautiful property. We all loved every minute We could not ask for more .. Clean …Spacious...something to entertain each age ..fantastic games room …huge living areas ….a well equipped kitchen ..Perfect spot. Great family friendly house, in a great location to the beach and shops.

We had a great week renting this property. Great location, and a very family friendly house. Lots of things for the kids to do and a good fenced in area for them to runaround in the yard.

This property certainly does not lack in space or things to do. The location and views are amazing being so close to the beach. The size was perfect for both kids and adults, and to not get in each other’s way!
