Bringing our son to college

Incredible Pocket of Paradise

We honestly thought the property seemed too good to be true from the listing but were incredibly impressed. The property was clean, in a gorgeous neighborhood, and the pool was a life saver. Each bedroom has a balcony which is really nice for enjoying coffee in the mornings. We never used the kitchen but it has everything you could need. Bottles of water and chocolates were a nice touch.

Underwhelming Stay with Lice Encounter

Can't say that it was a pleasure to stay here. Welcomed by a strong smell of mold and mildew coming from under the garage entry door when you enter the house. This never goes away. The pool table is unusable because it sits too close to the wall to use. The lower floor layout made no sense with two living areas that were split in a way that made it difficult for the whole family to be in either of the rooms. There was a shortage of comfortable seating. Balconies are difficult to access due to the doors being covered with horizontal window blinds that are not designed for doors. The place is overpriced for what it is. The location is relatively convenient for driving to sites and attractions but it is not easily walkable to anything. This area is obviously undergoing gentrification and is a haphazard mix of $1M+ homes with substandard housing. You will not want to walk around without knowing exactly where you are going. We ended up with lice after our stay there. Women having long hair noticed itching after a few days. They initially attributed this to chlorine from the pool but later found it to be lice. This was our first ever encounter with lice so will unfortunately be the most memorable part of our stay.

Spacious and quiet

Love the property. It had everything we needed and was located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. House was clean and the backyard was perfect for lounging by the pool. All bedrooms have balconies too. The management group was very communicative.

a good spot for the grove

well located in the grove. quiet street with walkability to nearby parks, retail and restaurants. backyard was great for cooling off in the plunge pool and hanging out. well appointed home was comfortable for our party of 5. we did have an issue with the air conditioning going out, but management was responsive resolving the issue.

Birthday Weekend

This home was spectacular! I celebrated my birthday with friends and family for the weekend and we really enjoyed the pool, grill, and pool table. The house had beautiful feng shui that maximized peaceful vibes. I highly recommend this place as a home away from home!

Great for small families

Spacious rental with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Pool on site is an added bonus and very walkable to dog park, playground and all the coconut grove shops and restaurants. Would definitely book again!
