Guest Access:

2 Parking spots available in the driveway and additional free parking on the street. Guest will have access to the entire home, including the pool, BBQ grill, backyard and laundry machines. Please, make yourself at home.

The home is only a 10min ride from the airport, 15min drive to Key Biscayne and depending on traffic, 30min to Miami Beach.



Other Things to Note:

-> Miami has tropical weather where mosquitos can be present; we advise that you keep the doors and windows closed to avoid letting in those uninvited guests.



-2x free Soft-foam Surfboards available for use at the beach. Surfboards are stored outside in the backyard, under the poolside bedroom window.

*Use of surf boards is at your own risk - No guarantees offered to the equipment quality, safety or functionally. Be sure to use a board leash (one leash provided) and a personal life jacket. The user assumes all risks from use and has made their own assessment of the gear with adequate surfing and surfboard knowledge. If in doubt don’t go out – otherwise have fun!



-Enjoy the pool to the fullest keeping your family safe. Do not use glass around the pool. We have provided pool-safe dinnerware. Keep in mind that there is no lifeguard on duty. Make sure to always keep an eye on children; adults are responsible for the safety of children and themselves. An USCG approved emergency flotation device is provided easily accessible on the house wall closest to the pool if needed as well as a door alarm.
