Property in quiet neighborhood. Responsive host does not really accommodate large family with only 2 bedrooms. Limited toiletries. Ice maker doesn’t work refrigerator does not get cold. Other than that budget friendly for short stays

Perfection for large groups

While we were looking for a property to stay for our convention, we had a previous company booked. However, this property showed up so we canceled the other one. It is five bedrooms, seven beds, and two bathrooms. Centrally located near the freeway, and only 20 minutes from the downtown area. It’s perfectly priced as well. The only thing I would change is the knives need to be updated, the ice maker needs to be fixed, and I would add a third bathroom so that the other side of the house didn’t have to come all the way over. Other than that, loved it all!!

Wedding in Miami

Everything stated online was accurate. My family traveled to attend wedding. The place was big enough to fit the family comfortably. The was plenty of seating. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Just too many geckos (lizards) for my comfort level to sit out back.

Enjoyed Miami!

This is definitely what you see is what you get! When you get there it’s even better than the pictures! The communication with the host is excellent anything we needed help with was done urgent! The host was genuinely concerned and helpful with anything you communicated with her about. The neighborhood was very quiet but friendly! The only thing was location as far as traveling into south beach. Overall we loved our stay at the home!!! I would recommend and stay here again!

My stay

Started off rocky due to no cleaning of the house before we arrived. Communicated to owner and nothing but an apology. Me and my family cleaned ourselves. The place needs some updating, you can get stuck in one of the bathrooms due to broken sliding door. Also the place needs an exterminator. Couldn't figure out where the bugs and flies were coming from. You do not have a TV in every room. It's only two bedrooms with TV's plus one in the living rooms. It's 40 min to get to the Ocean Drive/Collins where the action is. Overall it was nice and spacious but nothing spectacular.

Beach Stay

The location and size was great. The pool was a wonderful added plus. However, the place had roaches and we cold not leave any food out without a number of them showing up. It was nasty. We stayed really clean so the problem was avoided but I would recommend an exterminator. In all, it was really fun and nice, minus the unwanted friends.

51st Birthday Miami Takeover

I came to enjoy Miami with a few of my friends Beach,Dinner hookah bars just fun in the sun. Immediately upon dealing with the property owner she was informative, she responded quickly. Was extremely helpful with things to do in the area just all over a great host. The house was clean there were starter kits to use as far as toilet paper laundry detergent etc. everything about this stay was five star I would definitely stay again I would definitely Recommend this host she was just outstanding

We were very happy with the house- plenty of space for our group. We stayed one night before our cruise on Super Bowl Sunday rather than stay at a hotel and we were so much more comfortable here. There were restaurants around to eat or we could order through Instacart if we wanted. The communication with Maribel was awesome! Highly recommend!

Visiting Family for the Holdays

This was a fabulous property for our family trip to Miami for Christmas! Maribel was very easy to reach and responsive to our questions. The property was clean and well appointed with everything needed for our stay. The unit, which is part of a duplex, is set back from the street, has plenty of off street parking and inside is very spacious. The huge dining room table was perfect for meals, working on our computers and for gift wrapping. Being able to bring our dogs was a bonus, and having a fenced back yard to run and play was perfect! We walked around the neighborhood, and neighbors we met were all very nice and welcoming. The location is within easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend this property and hope to return!
