Toulet in second bath would not flush. Had to depart early and stay in hotel. Owner said it worked fine after we left. Sad to pay over 1600 for a 2 night stay with only one toilet for 4 adults.

The apartment itself is great, but The Mutiny building needs work. There were elevator issues (both in the building and the garage) our whole visit. At one point all the elevators were out and I had to walk up 11 flights of stairs.The building and pool are on a busy corner, so there’s lots of road noise.The front desk staff and most of the residents we met were lovely.

Miami Cruise Stop

Our family stayed overnight at the unit in Coconut Grove after disembarking from our cruise. We arrived at the hotel much earlier than check-in time. I communicated our desire to check-in as early as possible. My request was granted in a very timely manner. We were able to gain access to our room and drop our luggage so we could explore the neighborhood. The hotel is located in a beautiful area. The shops and restaurants are wonderful. We all agreed that we would love to return again after our next cruise.

Great location

On a positive note, the unit was clean and in a great location. However, the unit could use an update and some TLC. The primary bedroom's bathroom shower is tiny, think phone booth size. The kitchen is also small and difficult to maneuver.

fantastic location

We loved our stay in this unit. It was perfect for us. It was very nicely decorated and equipped. The balcony has a beautiful view of the marina. The Mutiny Hotel has a great pool/hot tub area with a waterfall.Everything was in walking distance. We spent a lot of time at the marina and in downtown Coconut Grove. The host always replied to any of my questions. We would stay there again.

Coconut Grove Vacay

The condo was perfect for our stay. We were out for UMiami family weekend and loved being so close to everything. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had all that was needed. The host was easy to reach, very attentive and accommodating!

The view was fantastic. Had no complaints at all. Self parking was a little complicated but they did have Valet parking which worked well. When I called with questions about self parking they answered and were very helpful.

We have been coming to Coconut Grove for years because of all its wonderful walkable amenities. This condo has a perfect location to enjoy it all. Views are amazing. Owner was very responsive to questions.

Great view!

This 11th floor condo has great views from the living room, balcony, and both bedrooms to Biscayne Bay and a sailing mooring field. Great location only a short walk to lots of restaurants, and shops. Very comfy bed in the primary bedroom.

We were attending a wedding in the area and decided to take a few days to enjoy ourselves. The apartment was more than accommodating. It was well stocked and furnished. Also, it was well located, giving us the opportunity to enjoy Coconut Grove. Highly recommend this stay if you want to relax and explore

4.5 Stars Great Location and View

The owners were very responsive, the place was very clean and the location is great. The condo was so much better than staying in a hotel. We wish we could give a 4.5 because there were only a few details that made it fall short of 5 stars - we had to pick up the key at the desk of the hotel next door by asking for a certain mailbox with the owners name on it (the envelope had a different mailbox letter and spelling of the owners name so the desk workers were a little Leary but still gave it to us). The condo has a fantastic view and the king bed is very comfortable. The shower in the master bath barely had hot water (the other bathroom was great!) and had a whole 4x4 tile missing in the shower. The closet doors came off the latch easily. The unit was nicely but cheaply done so a bit more attention to detail would make it exceptional. Overall, a good deal for the cost.
