Good location

I enjoyed this property. The only problem my encounter was getting in and out of the shower because there was not a grab bar otherwise it was clean and you had a partial view of the bay, there is a lovely pool on the floor and a fitness center on the top floor. The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. There was a parking valet that helped me get my luggage into the Uber when I was leaving.

College move-in

We’ve used Miami Vacation Rentals twice now and have yet to be disappointed. We love Hotel Ayra, the location and the units. We’ve already booked again for UM Homecoming Weekend. I can’t recommend this location and these hosts anymore!

Easter weekend 2024

Location is ideal. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Driving distance to other area must see locations and attractions. Room was clean. Amenities were nice. The chilled bottle of wine upon arrival was a great addition! Balcony had a good view of parks, waterfront, and pool. Seating enough for two. Only issue we experienced was the noise. It could get loud frequently throughout the night. Some of the noise was attributed to the cars in the streets, some other guests shouting, and some noises sounding like machinery. The walls are not insulated to help with sound barriers. Again the location was great!

Excellent Location, Comfortable and Well Appointed

The location of the apartment is within walking distance of CocoWalk, a variety of restaurants, and unique shops. The kitchen was well stocked and very clean, and thoughtful touches were offered to make you feel welcome. The area is very safe, parking was convenient and on-site. The views from the balcony were welcomed after a long day of exploring. We traveled to several locations for tours and found this an excellent home away from home for our mini vacation. Communication with the owner was fantastic; they truly cared about our experience. Do not hesitate to book. This a great property!

Perfect unit for a couple.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Arya. Unit was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Also, great view, great location and great pool. Communication with manager was good but check-in was a bit confusing (not the same as having someone meet you in person).

Coconut Grove Visit

Beautiful water front view property. The unit is very well maintained with all the amenities needed enjoy your stay. Management is extremely responsive to your needs and questions. I would stay again when back in Coconut Grove. Gym and Pool are really nice.

Will never rent from this management company again!

The management person was communicative until there was a problem. Then not so much. The property description clearly stated that the unit had a full size washer/dryer.I packed accordingly. When I asked why our unit didn’t have a washer/dryer the “broken record” answer was “ this unit doesn’t have a washer/dryer.” Despite the screen shots I took of the description provided, which clearly stated these as included amenities whether a one or two room unit, the answer was the same or there was no response at all. I asked if I could meet with them in person rather than text, they didn’t answer phone calls, and I got no response. They did, however, gladly meet with me upon arrival to get my final payment. I finally called VRBO for help but because I had already checked out they could not help. So, if you run I to trouble with this management company, don’t waste your time trying to communicate with them, just call VRBO, before you checkout!

This apartment is perfect location to walking around Coconut Grove. Free parking garage was so easy and convenient. Unit was nicely stocked and clean. Communication was extremely easy with owner and they were able to answer all questions we had.

Great View and location

We would stay at this property again. It is walking distance of many good restaurants and shops as well as the waterfront. Our stay was during the Coconut Grove Arts festival so streets were blocked off and very crowded and prices inflated. We might choose a different week next time since purpose of our visit was to visit our adult daughter rather than attend the festival.

Awesome property...great neighborhood

This is such a cute place. From the relaxation-scented lobby to the beautiful water views. The location was convenient to many restaurants, bars & shops as well as the marina. Clean with a super comfy bed and stocked kitchen. Spent quite a bit of time on the balcony enjoying the views and the breeze. Having a parking spot included to freely come a go was a huge plus. Property manager was very responsive. We will definitely stay here if we are in this area again.

This place is perfect for a Romantic stay, we enjoyed everything thing and the view was magnificent. Got soaked everyday with the shining Sun by the pool with available towels, hot tub and majestic view. Kitchen got everything we would need, truly felt like home. I would have stayed longer if I could, truly didn’t want to leave.
