I had a great stay at Kasa Wynwood from October 16–18 while visiting Miami for III Points! Everything was clean, the beds were super comfortable, and there was a good amount of towels and essential items provided, which made the stay even better. Everything was just as we needed, and we felt comfortable throughout our visit. I genuinely loved our stay and would definitely recommend Kasa Wynwood to anyone visiting the area! 💗

Great place to stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and centrally located. There were plenty of restaurants and dining options nearby, all within walking distance. Everything we needed was close by, which made our stay even more convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed overnight at this beautiful place and had a great experience! Everything was clean and modern. We especially loved the fridge with a built-in speaker where you can play music! The bed was clean and comfortable, and the shower was spacious. The place also had everything we needed, including a hair dryer, laundry pods, utensils, and dishwashing soap. The location was awesome! Close to shops and restaurants and very easy to get to. The building felt safe with security, and everyone we encountered in the building and surrounding area was friendly. The host was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. They were also kind enough to accommodate our early check-in, which we really appreciated! Just something to keep in mind, parking is an additional $30 USD and if you have luggages, you have to walk up the stairs from the parking garage. Overall, our group (with a toddler) really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place! Note: night life is not appropriate for children (if staying long-term or if you plan to walk around the area to go to shops) but it's still a great location.

The whole experience was wonderful. Spacious rooms extreamly clean and the rooftop pool with the views were lovely. Staying in the Art District was a good choice. The local restaurant and shops were amazing as well. Everything at your fingertips in the middle of downtown Miami I will book again.

The neighborhood is great, with many bars and restaurants. It is noisy at night, so if that's not what you are looking for, it's not a good place, but it's great for partying nearby. The sofa bed is not that comfortable but good enough to stay a couple of nights.

Great location if you want to enjoy local cafes and their night life. Apartment very nice & modern. Unfortunately, the check in process was chaos, there was no coffee maker, which is ridiculous.

The apt was super clean and modern. It has everything you could need for your trip. Location is centralized but it’s close to bars and clubs so sometimes late at night you hear loud music, else than that area is safe and would highly recommend it. Cutest apt!!!

Kasa was great. They left very detailed instructions for everything from parking, to finding the room, and everything needed throughout the stay. The apartment was clean and offered a homey-mess that is hard to come by in a hotel. Would definitely recommend! Just be prepare that Wynwood is noisy!! But they even had that covered with earplugs and a sound machine.

Would not book again We were locked out for over 30 minutes on arrival and had to pay for another place just to get ready for the evening. The unit had a broken toilet, a broken washer, and a fan that didn't work. We checked out early. For what we paid, this was unacceptable, and I would not stay here again.
