The location is perfect and convenient to all the shops and restaurants. Check in was easy and communication with the host was exceptional. The room had beautiful views of the water from the balcony. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable.

Great stay in Coconut Grove

This unit has a fabulous view and the location can't be beat. It is basically a hotel room, though, so keep in mind that it is a tight space with minimal food prep options. That said, I would definitely stay here again - the hotel amenities are great and breakfast on the balcony is heavenly!

Perfect apartment and location

Highly recommend this apartment, which is likely to meet all your needs. It’s nice and incredibly clean, is in a great location, has a great view from the balcony, has a super easy and inexpensive parking option in the building, offers very quick and easy check-in at the front desk, and it even has a great pool with nice views of the water. Oh and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. The bed was also clean and comfortable and I loved that they had a bed bug cover to keep the bed bugs out! That’s when you know a place really cares about cleanliness. I’ll be honest —When I first noticed that there weren’t many recent reviews on VRBO, I was worried, but then I realized they’re on other sites and got great reviews there. We had truly no complaints and loved being able to walk to everything in Coconut grove, including an adorable wine bar with live music right next door. Also, the owners answered all our questions right away and were so helpful. You can tell they really want to make things nice for their guests.

Excellent choice!

The hotel and studio were immaculate! The studio was well furnished, location was excellent, views were of the bay ! The on line description was spot on! We travel frequently- we agree that this studio was one of the best accommodations we have stayed in! Joe was in contact and provided info to help make our stay even more enjoyable!

I liked the fact that it was exactly as described on the website. No hidden surprises. The view was what I expected. Bed was comfortable and loved the shower. I'm getting a shower head like that one for my shower at home. Bathroom was large and spacious. The pool was just like the picture and up on 4th floor for some good shots of the sailboats in the bay. Hotel was close to all restaurants and parks. Grocery store up the road walking distance. Barely used the rental car. If you wanna stay in Florida this place is a very nice spot and priced very reasonable. I will most likely go back. Traffic is busy but that's the way it is now in Florida..Cheers

A Terrific stay!!!

Great location , one block from the charming main street of Coconut Grove. Great restaurants. Loved “LuLu’s”. Walking distance to Barnacle Park, Kampong Tropical Gardens. There are both the freebee electric shuttle or the free trolley to markets and the beautiful Vizcaya mansion. A Uber away from Little Havana, so a car is not necessary. We did rent a car to visit friends in Palm Beach and free parking is included at your condo. 21st floor with great views from the balcony. Great pool and fitness center. There is even a washer & dryer in the unit. A frig., toaster, microwave and coffee maker with utensils & dishes. Wonderfully responsive unit manager. We stayed for almost 3 weeks & loved it.

Can't go wrong here. Small studio but great view 21st floor, Krueger coffee, in the heart of everything Grove. Bonus: includes covered parking. Fabbo!!!

Excellent Stay - Excellent Location

The location was perfect - five minutes walk to Coco Walk (shops, restaurants and bars) and five minutes to the Marina. (taking a relaxing walk) Twenty minutes walk or ten minute trolley ride (free) to Coconut Grove Metro Rail. (15 minutes to downtown Miami) The hotel reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We only had one issue when I accidentally locked my code for the safe. I rang reception and a member of staff was there in fifteen minutes and reset the safe passcode. The room on the twenty first floor had fantastic views across the marina bay and the city. We liked the decor of the room which was clean and bright. The room had all the facilities required for a holiday break which were in good working order. The owner of the studio was very helpful and maintained excellent communication before and during our stay.

As always i love the location. This privatly owned residences needs toc. It has great potential and nice view but needs updating. Some things do not work and carpet looks stained and old. Owners or managers were great incomunication. If found at a low low price do not hesitate to rent.

Location was centralized to things we wanted to see. It was nice to have parking pass to make it easy to get in and out. They accommodated our late checkout by allowing us to use pool and shower facilities. Unit was clean and comfortable.

Tolle Anlage, guter Kontakt zu Joe, wir hatten Zimmer 2108/1. Letztes Jahr war es 2107 welches größer aber zu unserem Termin ausgebucht war. Beide Zimmer sind im 21. Stock. Die Schubladen rochen etwas muffig, waren aber sauber. Die Matratze war etwas weich, leider nicht geteilt und es gab nur eine große Zudecke für beide, aber da gewöhnt man sich dran. Ansonsten war alles TOP! Wenn Miami, dann buchen wir wieder hier.
