Guest Access:

- Every guest included in the reservation must send the host a photo of their ID before the check-in date. The host is required to email all guest IDs to the front desk in advance so check-in and building access can be authorized.

- Upon arrival, the front desk team will verify each guest's identification and provide a key FOB. The FOB is used to enter the building, studio, and shared amenities. Guests will also receive a complimentary parking card for the garage located across the street.

- At departure, guests must complete checkout with the front desk and return the key FOB.

- Lost key FOBs are subject to a $50 replacement fee.

- Lost parking cards are subject to a $100 replacement fee.
