Instructions came to late to print

Everything good, instructions about last payment and directions came to close to our departure and complicated things. The room is nice, we would have enjoyed a bigger room with a sofa a little bit more.

Great location

The king bed, desk and bathroom were comfortable and perfect for 2 people. The view was great and the level of communication from the property manager was superb. Just a few items could have been better- the temp of the shower water was not as hot as we like and the AC unit was a bit noisy. The fitness area was nice but the equipment needed some cleaning.

Exactly what we were looking for

Everything was great. We had a spectacular view from our window. The accommodation was clean and well equipped. The area was also very beautiful and well maintained. A park right across the street, shopping and restaurants nearby. We arrived very late, were very tired and absolutely unable to buy even something to drink anymore on our way from the airport. We were very happy that our hosts had taken care of us and had left water bottles in the fridge (even a bottle of white wine - thanks again for that). So I can only fully recommend to stay here.

Miami getaway

The room was clean, quiet and exactly what we were looking for. The view of the bay was wonderful. The parking was convenient and secure. I would recommend this to others. The owners had great communication and were pleasant.

Loved the location of propertt

I like the property location, free parking, accessibility to amenities and view from the window. One of things which can be improved on are wifi speed sucks ie not good for two people to work from home. Other thing is we requested for two chairs in room but property manager stopped responding on our request. It was difficult to manage with one chair in the room, since two of us were sharing the room. Availability of two chairs in room will improve the customer experience.

Good location/Won't stay here again

Good location. Beautiful view. The floors were disgusting. Room was dirty. The property manager insisted that we met a staff member in the middle of the day on our first day there, to run my CC again. Then insisted that we return the parking pass on checkout (even though our paperwork said it was fine to leave it in the room) and take a picture of it sitting at the front desk or risk being charged an exorbitant amount for a replacement. Nice pool. Won't stay here again.

Great location, amazing amenities, more care could be given to the room and its conditions before guests arrive, as the air conditioning was not working, and there was no soap in the bathroom.

Weekend getaway

The hotel staff was very nice and attentive. We had no issues with check in, when we arrived to the room it was very nice and super clean. Just all around comfortable. The view is amazing especially at night. I would definitely visit again. A special thanks to my hosts who made this an incredible experience!!

All Around Fantastic Stay!!!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The property was beautiful and clean. The location can't be beat. We walked everywhere in Coconut Grove. The food at everyplace we went was off the charts delicious. Free parking! And communication with the management was incredibly helpful. We will definitely be back. Thank you everyone at Miami Vacation Rentals!

check in process

I called 1 hour prior to arrival as stated on email, we arrived around 3 pm and were told by desk that we could not check in till 4pm and were given a parking pass. We came back at 4pm and were given swipe key, i asked if anything else was needed and they said no. when we to the room it had a keypad, that needed a pass code that it was not provide to us. We called the phone number given various times and no-one answered and we did not get any call back. We had to go to the front desk to ask them for assistance and later an employee showed up with the information and charged us the balance. Just a suggestion maybe front desk should be more informed on the process and return the phone call. That being said our stay was very pleasant.

Exactly what we were looking for

The location was perfect to walk to the marina or to a restaurant. The room was quaint, but nice and had a lovely view. Enjoyed seeing the sunrise each morning from our room. The check-in process was seamless. We would stay here again.

Highly recommend

The property manager was amazing. My flight was delayed 12+ hours and she made sure my 5am check-in went seamlessly. Also, when I forgot my code, they replied to my text immediately. Highly recommend.

Great storm view!

Prop mngr was very responsive. My favorite thing was the desk look out the 19th floor to the ocean and I saw an awesome storm come in! I was also able to walk to Starbucks and Panther Coffee, run in the evening by the water and walk to some great restaurants.
